I have never bought clothes on the internet.My friend recommended the site called Modlily to me. I purchased two dresses, they are so beautiful and high quality. Wonderful shopping experience. Modlily will be my favorite shopping website.

I've had some questionable results with other sites over my bust size, so was hesitant to order but tried anyway as I love the bathing suits I see on the on the website. My package came exactly when it said it would and fit like a dream and also, and I think this is important was exactly what it said it would be! I will be ordering another bathing suit soon!
I'm a seamstress, you do not make bathing suit bottoms with seams left open and not sewn down, this irritates the vagina, causing rashes and pain. Poor sewing, wrong sewing, poor quality materials, when wet stretch out,
I've been shopping in shein, for over a year already. Customer service is amazing and you can easily ask questions and they will respond to your message the next day. The quality of the clothes its always good and it's very affordable, to make it even better theres reviews in almost all the products so its easier to shop and pick the right size.
Merchandise is cheap pathetic knock-off from China. Garbage TOTAL SCAM! Shipping takes forever. Stated value on package was $6 (for $56 retail items) -seemed too generous for what I received. Can't even bring myself to donate. I think I will keep items and share with news stations. Returns more expensive than items! Currently they are offering me a crappy 20% refund. I cannot believe I was taken in like this. Spare yourself and spread he word - MODLILY Is a SCAM, along with Dresslily etc. Research on Buzzfeed, online. ***SCAM!***
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I order a top for 4th of July that I thought was super cute. Not only did it arrive AFTER the 4th but it's like a pink/salmon color instead of red. I also ordered a size up and it's still too small for me. I spent like $24 on this top and all they're offering me is a 15% reimbursement (which is like $4) and to keep the item. I don't want the item. I want my full money back but it doesn't seem like that gonna happen unfortunately. Their customer service is terrible to work with and I will NEVER order from this company again.
I ordered 3 tops on 12/9/18. My CC was charged immediately. I didn't receive the tops until 1/10/19. Totally ridiculous to take 1 month. The quality is ok. Although I did order a size larger, one of the 3 is too small. Also, none of the tops have a name tag or fabric tag or how to care for tag. I don't know who these people are but I would highly recommend you do not order from them.
The clothes look very stylish and the price is right... BEWARE Sizing is way way off, quality is not good, delivery takes months not weeks, no customer service, can't return anything. One washing and the clothes fall apart. Don't believe the "good" comments. If they did a good job they would have so much business but it's all crap, walk away.
You know Ive read the reviews for this site from others and I can honestly say that I DID NOT have the same experience. I ordered 3 items from Modlily two dresses and a blouse. They came neatly packaged and were exactly what I ordered. The quality was better than I had expected. And they all fit perfectly, I used the size chart provided and my exact measurements during ordering to prevent having any issues. I would definitely order from them again.
Beware of their shipping policy. I ordered 3 bathing suits and only received one. The other two have not shipped and are supposed to be here in 7 days at the latest per their shipping time frame, that's exactly a month from the time I ordered it. As of 2/28/23, my other items are still in the "processing" status. Placed the order on 2/7/23. If by some miracle I get the swim suits, I will update this review.
Worst company I have ever dealt with! Especially if you need to return. You pay all s&h costs and will not receive your full refund back on your merchandise. And the communication is horrible! Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. Too many companies out there to have to deal with this!
My purchases were too large. There was no accompanying paperwork, so I returned it to the mailing address on the label with a note explaining my reason for returning it. I have no idea if it will be credited or who can assist in addressing the matter. I would appreciate feedback k.
Delivery was prompt. Items were ok value for the quality - not top quality but ok. Prices a bit high but easy to shop online.
My 2 jumpers were a bit shorter than I like normally even though I measured the advertised length on me they varied in reality. Nice mid-season casual tops.
I ordered a bathing suit back in early February. It is now May 10 and I haven't seen a thing. The tracking number they gave me is not valid. This is just a waste of my time and money and a complete scam! Then they keep sending me coupons for my next purchase... Don't be fooled by these rip off artists!

Quite simply the purchase was never received. The tracking info says it was delivered - well it was not. I ordered plenty of items for Christmas all arrived except this one. I wonder if the item was even shipped. Multiple ticket submissions yielded no response. I am out money. I will never order from them again. You've been warned.
Great site and products. They offer amazing prices for good quality products. They are always up-to-date with current fashion. Their customer service will always help if you have any issues. Definitely going to be buying more and the cheap prices make it even more exciting!
They are liars, anytime you go on live chat it says it is not available at this time. If you put in a request to return something they never respond. There is no number for customer service and there sizing is all over the place.

I really enjoy shopping with Modlily. They always have the latest looks, within my personal budget. The quality of the items are usually pretty nice as well. There are a couple of issues they could improve on. One issue is providing more accurate sizing on individual items. I dislike having to return items, because of sizing. I also wish they would offer more plus and petite (skirts and dress) options in the exact same style they already offer. These two issues aside, I look forward to shopping with Modlily again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
