I placed an order with modlily, still waiting, it's been 3 weeks. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering anything. If you work hard for your money, do not, I repeat, DO NOT purchase from this figment of the imagination!
I had a hard time deciding which suits to get - I ended up getting 2. Both are so beautifully made and feel good on!
Hello! I'm sorry to report that these people have an awful customer service department that did everything in its power to keep me from returning 3 items that I am now stuck with. I followed every rule for returning them but I could not remember which email I used to order so I was not able to obtain a return slip. I went back and forth with them until they finally told me which email I used but that it was too late to return my items. Now, if they were able to check the email In the first place, why wait till it was too late. I literally exchanged communication with them over 10 different times. They gave me the info right after it was too late to return. That's crap service!
Having just received a shipment, I realised I needed to downsize my next order, which meant changing the sizes of all 5 items. Sunshine made the change within 48 hours of my request (made at the weekend) and advised it had been done. No questions, no challenge, just changed as requested. Really pleased and looking forward to receipt of my items!
Garment described as " mini dress" is not a dress at all unless you are 6 years old.
Fabric is cheap, actual colors are awful! Delivery was by courrier and had to pay $24.00 customs duty on a $24.00 top! Worst product I ever bought online! Never again!
I ordered a few different swimsuits, using the sizing chart provided and they fit perfectly! One item wasn't available and I was refunded, accordingly. It took approximately 4 weeks, to receive my items, in Canada.
I will definitely be ordering from here again!
Ive bought some really pretty blouses & swimsuits. I have gotten a few items that were not how they looked in the picture but Modilly offered me great return solutions. Some things do take a long time to receive.
Ie buy anything from these cowboys. Long delivery time big customs cheque to retrieve parcel "free shipping" joke! Poor quality could not re-sell such cheap material. No reaponse whatsoever to complaint yet their advertising crops up everywhere and bombarded with emails to remind me of my mistake in ordering from them and getting me annoyed again. I am now convinced that the 5* rated reviews are a ploy and posted by them. Rant over.

Nice item but XXL bottom was 26" waist... top was a small also even though label said XXL... the chart measurements DO NOT match what thay send... My 1st experience... it should be very easy to return... not good customer service...
I cannot describe how pleased my wife was to receive her 2x dresses, The quality was amazing as was the service and delivery. Both Dresses although purchased on different days arrived down under in New Zealand over a week ahead of schedule. Fantastic, wonderful experience dealing with this supplier, highly recommended. Size 2XL for an 18 might fit a size 12 person, all 3 items ordered are sized the same, almost a $100 order. Was able after some creative searching (all links in confirmation email did not work) to contact customer service and am waiting for their solution.
They say they will accept swimsuit returns if the sanitary strip is in place, but mine arrived without a strip AND when I went to fill out the return form they said swimsuits could NOT be returned, without any mention of a sanitary strip. This is blatant bait- and-switch advertising! The suit itself seemed of good quality but in the picture showed much more draping/pleating over the stomach area than the actual fit.
I received 2 bathing suits of the same style and size. One fit absolutely perfect while the other was clearly mislabeled by at least two sizes. It would not even go over my legs. ModLily refused to provide a free return on the item and insisted that I pay for the return. No amount of discussion with them could change their mind. I will never buy anything from ModLily again. Horrible customer service.

The blouses look very pretty but with reading the same reviews here that I read on Noracora's Site I'm not even going to chance ordering from ModLily. NoraCora saved my cc info and just used it to pay for somethings I just had in my card plus a couple of other things. Green and tan ugly shoes and a bandana headband? ( my hair is 2" long! Seriously?)
I filed a fraud report with my bank. Let Nora get the headache. They delivered the clothes ($165) yesterday. I'm leaving them unopened in my laundry room until this gets settled. Then bringing them to the post office as " recused. Not at this address. Let THEM eat the postage
Ordered items since February and still have not received it. I requested my money back but got a authomated service machine which kept on sending me the same report. Call and no answer. Customer service is very poor
I tried 3 or 4 times to checkout with PayPal and their computer wouldn't let me. One time I waited 45 min. While it said " processing ". After reading some of these reviews, I'm going to take that as a good thing.
Overseas order arrived in the timeframe advertised. Customer service is prompt to reply.

This was my first time purchasing on this site. My order has been paid for, but I have yet to receive it. When you track the shipment it shows it has been is Mississauga for over three weeks. I have contacted the post office and chatted on line with ModLily numerous times and they keep saying they will track and expedite the order. As of today December 17th I have yet to receive what I purchased. I would purchase more from this company but without receiving my order I have no idea of the quality, fit etc. If my order does not arrive within the next five days I will be cancelling this order and asking for a refund.
Totally disappointing thin material cheaplook. Not like pictures at All! Pads in tops were disfigured ( bent indents) you get what you pay for Never Again! I will continue to spend good money on my swim wear rather then waste money

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
