I ordered a swimsuit. The website said it would be delivered prior to my departure for vacation. It was delivered over two weeks late. They said I could return it if I paid for both delivery and return shipping. I don't feel this is fair since they didn't get the swimsuit to me when they said they would. They offered me credit with the company and I can keep the item. I don't want or need it and I certainly don't want credit with a company that doesn't follow through on what they say.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
