My order that I ordered 5 days ago is still pending. Shouldn't take this long to place and ship an order

I love this dress. The material is great and it fits true to size. I have ordered 3 different colors and I'm happy with all of them. I get compliments each time I wear one. They don't look cheap since its a thick material which I love! I really loved this dress! It's super cute on. Really cute! I will be purchasing another one soon!

Unfortunately the star rating dropped due to part of my order not being able to be for filled. When I made my order it clearly showed all the products available, however part of my order was not. Modlily notified me and refunded the difference but charged me for postage.
I am very happy with the product that did arrive in the post - which arrived promptly.

I ordered a bathing suite from here last year. I loved it so much I am! Ordering c another this year. These bathing suites are Tru to size as long as u measure the way they recommend. The quality is amazing. I got so many compliments on my suites. Will always buy here.

My items took over 3 weeks to be delivered. When I did get them the swimsuits were cute but the tankini tops did not fit well for a person with a long torso. I am 5'9,163 pounds. I noticed now that most of your suits are empire style. I made some adjustments but will probably not buy again.

Purchased item for wife. It did not fit and she didn't like it. Modlily won't accept a return or exchange. They offered to "let me keep it" and they'd refund 50% of my money. Why would we keep it if it doesn't fit AND my wife doesn't like it, I asked? Wished I had read other reviews earlier. They are based in China and won't accept returns. Buyer beware.

Some items were delivered earlier then expected, then the rest to be delivered at a later date and no extra delivery cost.
Items received were packed and sealed correctly. Had to made a size change due to me not ordering correctly and it was sorted without problem.
Only just received them, had no time to see how they go in the water or how long they will last.
Totally satisfied at the moment.

I placed an order in December, and have yet to received it. I needed it for the 20th of February, Ive emailed and called and still no respond. To everyone who has ordered and are not satisfied, please file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. This doesn't make any since. Lesson learned for me.

I always have great shopping experiences in Modlily! It never let me down. They have clothes of great price and nice quality. And there are often coupons provided, how great is that! It can help save money to buy more clothes.

I bought an item that was the incorrect size and originally requested a replacement larger size but postage from NZ to USA was too expensive so I opted to keep the item. Renee's response totally amazed me - not only did she offer a refund but she allowed me to keep the original item. Very rare to find this sort of service for on line purchases and so greatly appreciated.
