I really like the the clothes I've ordered. The tops run a bit small. I usually wear an XL. Best to order a size up for comfort. I love the styles they have. I love tunics with jeans or leggings. I'm almost 68 (feel like I'm 28 lol)

I love this store! The price is very reasonable. I ordered a very cute dress from there and a few more things in the past few months and have never been disappointed. Everything fits and they are very cute. Shipping comes on time as well which is always a plus!
After reading all the reviews, I decided to just go ahead and try this dress. When it came in and I put it on, I immediately loved it! It hugs all my curves and makes my body look great. I'm about 5'4,160lbs and with a good amount of curves (mostly hips and thighs) and I got an XL. I strongly recommend the seller because never let me down.
Choosing a bathing suit in modlily was so easy. This is the third suit I've purchased from them and once again I'm very pleased with the high quality of my shopping experience and of the bathing suits themselves. Very pleased and I will recommend these suits to all my friends.
I love it! I was a bit iffy about ordering, sometimes when I get online the sizes doesn't match. I ordered and XL and it fit perfectly, just how I expect an XL to fit. Durable, quality made material that I have a feeling will last for a long time.
Placed order on 5:4/2020. Was supposed to ship 5/28/2020. It is 6/10/2030. Contacted customer service and they said they have no idea where my order is and they would respond in 1-3 business days. So disappointed and will never order from mod lily again. T*******367.
I purchased 8 items in early December and added expedited shipping that the website said would have me receiving my items in 5 days. I did not receive them in 5 days. I went to the website, could not talk to a customer service person, had to submit a service ticket. They took two days to get to me. The response was basically too bad so sad and that is when I learned they were in China. I finally got the items that I paid for 5 day shipping 26 days later. I ordered based on their sizing charts sweaters and tops for my grown up relatives and friends. The items were so small my 10 year old niece was wanting them. I went to the return policy. Apparently I had to put in another ticket. That was in the beginning of January. I am still waiting for the "permission" to return the items. I may just give the clothing to my 10 year old niece and just not bother. The items are adorable, I have to say that, but, the service is absolutely hands down the worst I have ever seen.
Dress to a long time to arrive after receive by date. The original listing stated it could be returned or exchanged. As soon as I checked out it said no returns. The dress was beautiful but I needed another size and unfortunately alterations would cost 4 times the dress expense. Since I couldn't return or exchange I was not happy with the listing and receipt not being consistent.
I understand why their bathing suits are so cheap... because they are crooks. Don't believe the 'easy refund' because they won't refund anything even when it is clearly their mistake. Sent me the wrong sizes and then told me it wasn't worth it for me to pay the return shipping so I should try selling them online or give them as gifts instead. Shame on me for trusting.
I did receive my 2 dresses and couldn't be happier. The sizes were perfect, love the color and they even arrived earlier than expected. I ordered 2 more items and are anxiously awaiting their arrive. Thank you again!
I just klmade my first order with Modlily. I didn't realize when I placed the order, that a bathing suit that was on sale, accidentally charged me full price. I notified customer service and they had it resolved and refunded very quickly. Im extremely happy with their efficient, and courteous service

Ok so I like the idea that top was long and they come with like shorts. I was a bit skeptical about ordering from a company I haven't used before, bit it arrived within two weeks ish, l the quality is great. I am so happy, that I ordered more of this website, I also would say for the stuff I have ordered it was true to size
This company is a scam. I placed an order 6 moths ago and have still not received it. Now they are telling me it was shipped to an address in Indiana but I lie in Canada. They are now saying that because it is past 6 months they cannot resend it because of strict policy! Really? They had no problem taking my money but never sent my clothes. TOTAL SCAM!

Oviya gave me great customer service. In addition to loving the Modlily clothing (because it is cute, fits well and is well made), their customer service is great! It's so hard to reach anyone on line with most companies - but Modlily took care of my question right away.
I ordered 4 swimsuits - they are just as pictured and appear to be great quality. Multiple coupons offered during process does make it challenging to make sure the correct one was applied…..
Love my new top, I couldn't wait to show it off! It was a higher price than I would normally pay for a similar item but the more I saw it, the more I had to have it!
I ordered a coat. The fabric was poor quality and puckered... threading was coming out of the sleeves and the button holes were too small for the buttons to fit, as another reviewer mentioned. If you try to make a return, they just try to offer to refund half of the cost and let you keep the item. I will never wear this and the item was defective, As my husband explained after his experience traveling to China for work... they willl still make money if you only order from them once and they keep half your money. These items cost very little to produce. They will just keep taking money from suckers until they have to change the name of the company and open a different store to bring in new suckers. Avoid them at all costs.

Awesome! It came before it was even expected! So pleased with the feeling of this. The brand it purple and its a very soft material. If you have a big butt it will be shorter than it actually is, and of is short already. LOVE

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
