Do not order from this company. It is a scam. I ordered a shirt from them on Nov. 11,2016. I have never received it. Now they tell me it was delivered. I don't have it! So they are going to give me a 60 percent refund because they gave 40 percent of my money to the shipping company. WTF? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I sent in a ticket on Sunday, April 10th to modify my order. On Monday, April 11th I received a message back to my ticket request that my change had been processed! That's prompt customer service!

I don't understand your shipping costs a shirt I ordered it was 9.98 and shipping was $5.99 to ship. However a $28.98 shirt I wanted was chargeing 10.99 to ship! What the hell!
Ordered 3 tops took them a month to ship and another month to arrive. Ordered a sparky top that was not sparkly at all, painted but they made it look sparkly in the photo. Will never shop here again
I placed a order on September 2nd and has been in the processing stage ever since I live cited with them and now they are telling me they will send as soon as September 20th. Very disappointed. I will be canceling
Well I placed an order February 18th and I didn't receive it until March 12th then I placed another order and got that within a week I could not fit one of the dresses it said one-size-fit-all not true... Then on my second order I couldn't fix them the size was extra large. Not true the dresses don't look the same as website. Very disappointed
Ordered 2 costumes in February, arrived in May! I must say I was worried I wouldn't receive them, but contacted them through fb messenger, my order was chased, apparently it was lostwas re ordered and came in great condition. Fabulous swimming costumes, just a pity it took sooo long.
My experience was outstanding! The people who were to answer my quetions were so kind and the response was very fast. The products were amazing quality and very unique items that I couldn't find anywhere else! And I recommend this store to anyone.
At first wasn't sure what to expect but I am satisfied with the items I purchased. I have gotten lot of compliments and questions on where I bought it.
I did not receive all of my order yet it says it was delivered. I am missing the bottoms to the pink top which does not fit anyway.
The pink top does not fit - and I cannot figure out how to return it.
I would like to return the pink top - get credit for it and credit for the bottoms that I never received.

I returned an item per their instructions with a return authorization code and tracking number on June 1st, after waiting over a month to receive it, they received it on June 4th, and I still have not received a refund. I was supposed to have the refund within 48 hrs. Because I paid with pay pal, and it's a month later. They are not responding to my inquiries either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The items I've purchased are exactly the right size, but the only thing is the delivery takes a long time. I ordered the items on March 13th and got it on March 30th and am still waiting on the other half of the other. Delivery takes to long.
Bought 3 items and paid in USD so presumed this was an American company. When I looked at the invoice the address is Shanghi in China. None of the items I bought looked anything like the pictures. The coat is supposed to be a funnel neck, however, there is nothing about it that looks like funnel like it's so tight on the neck I couldn't do the button up also the actual material the coat is made of is pulling away, similar to unravelling a jumper. The two tops I purchased are supposed to be a large (thought I would order larger than I need as I don't like my clothes too tight) one of them would fit a Barbie doll the other is sooooo large it should be labelled as LXX. I was offered a partial refund which was then placed in their store account for me to buy another item, which I would have to pay postage for!. I have taken up my complaint with Pay Pal now. But my advice would be stay away, keep your money.
Anusha was very helpful and said she would process my refund which I should receive in the next 5 days, I hope this is the case but not sure why I had to chase up the refund when Modlily had obviously received my returns nearly a month ago.
Everything I have ordered has been exactly what I expected and sometimes even better.
I did a review of three dresses I purchased - I mentioned that I was disappointed that one was patterned on front but had plain black back - took away from the dress in my opinion but it was as advertised - the pics showed black back but I my haste I missed that so no fault of Modlily - they contacted me with concern the dress was not as advertised but I advised that the dress was infact as advertised but could be so much better with pattern on front and back. Customer service responses were quick.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
