I purchased what looked to be a darling cocoa colored top.
It was $20.00 plus tax. It took almost three weeks to receive the top and when I opened it up I was appaouled to see the crappy quality and the shabby way it was made!
I will NEVER order from this sight again!
I ordered an XL when I normally order a Large. The top is SO TIGHT.
NO WAY is this top any where NEAR the correct size or even close to an XL.
It's more like a Small.

I ordered on December 2,2017 and paid an extra 10.44 to make sure my order was here by Christmas. They charged my card December 4,2017 and I never received my order. Thank goodness I went through Paypal to purchase, they tried to contact them, and I also tried to contact them to no avail. Today my order arrived with no return address and everything in Chinese. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM this company they are a Fraud!
I had seen many swimsuits advertised by Modliliy. I was in need of a few suits. I wondered if the suits were as cute in person as online. YES! And they fit great! I was happy with the shipping- I wasn't in a rush, so did standard shipping. Great experience!
I love my new swimsuit and coverup from Modlily. The colors are just as bright and colorful as the pictures from the online catalog. The fit was perfect, especially as I am a larger size! I have recommended Modlily to family for their swimsuit needs.
I love all the stuff I get from Modlily it all fits so good and the material on the jumpers are so soft and warm, the only thing I would say on the negative side is everything is so long, it would be nice if you did a petite size on the clothes as well s the tights, the sleeves and the body on the tops and jumpers are long.

I ordered a snowman sweatshirt an it was way too big. So I returned it with a different size. I wax informed that it was no longer in stock. So I asked for sn exchange. According to your chart I wear a 2xl size. So I exchanged it for a sweatshirt with buttons down the sleeve. When it came it was also to big do I returned it with a request of the sweatshirt with buttons down the sleeve in a xl. I was told that I had already had two exchanges snd I could no longer exchange it. I just want my sweatshirt with buttons replaced as soon as possible. Thank you.
I ordered 3 swimsuits on May 30. I received one last week but the other 2 still have not arrived. I have been charged for all three.
Yesterday I ordered 5 items totaling $127.50. I had a coupon code Love9 which I applied and the system said it was successfully accepted for a $25 discount. My payment page displayed: $127.90,15.99 shipping, 5.61. Which totaled $149.50 but then I got the $25 discount and $2 off one item as a first time buyer so my final bill was $122.50. As soon as I put in my credit card number and submitted my order, I was charged $147.50. I got the $2 discount but it added the $25 back on my bill. I was furious and couldn't find a company phone number so I started a chat thinking I would explain my problem and get the $25 adjustment. Instead, " Thea" told me there was nothing she could do but she would give me a store credit for my next order. Well there wont be a next order and I had her cancel my order. That was a bait & switch practice which is FRAUD. I'll bet this review never gets posted.

The blouse was beautiful, but didn't fit as advertised. I wear a 2x but I ordered a 3x even though it was advertised as a loose cut. It was still tight on me. That was disappointing. I have ordered a swing jacket to match and it hasn't arrived yet. I hope it covers up how tight it looks.
I ordered bathing suits a month before my vacation. I purchased from modlily because there delivery time was more than adequate for my time frame. My purchase didn't come, I contacted modlily and was told it was shipped when it wasn't. I contacted USPS and was told a label was printed but that did not mean anything was processed or shipped. We went round and round for several weeks. I asked 3 times for a refund, they said they couldn't because it was shipped. They said after I received it I could return it for a partial refund. My order finally came weeks after my vacation was over. I am afraid to return it, don't think I would get a refund. Will never order from them again.
I purchased two bathing suits both tankini's with shorts, I usually take L but ordered XL as I had ordered before and the L was a little snug. Both suits are beautiful can't wait to wear them in the summer!

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. I ordered a shirt from them on Nov. 11,2016. I have never received it. Now they tell me it was delivered. I don't have it! So they are going to give me a 60 percent refund because they gave 40 percent of my money to the shipping company. WTF? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I sent in a ticket on Sunday, April 10th to modify my order. On Monday, April 11th I received a message back to my ticket request that my change had been processed! That's prompt customer service!

I don't understand your shipping costs a shirt I ordered it was 9.98 and shipping was $5.99 to ship. However a $28.98 shirt I wanted was chargeing 10.99 to ship! What the hell!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
