I logged a problem as I thought that the online ordering process hadn't completed correctly. Had an answer within a few hours telling me all was well. Excellent customer service!
I do believe these are all the SAME OWNERS - BEWARE! I think what their trick is to satisfy the random customer with the proper item just so they don't go out fo business altogether. They figure they can screw a few people out of their money and deliver to others so they can look somewhat legitimate. THE CLOTHING itself isn't EVEN CLOSE to the PHOTOS! THE PHOTOS ARE GREAT- The CLOTHES HIGHLY MEDIOCRE. A weird thick polyester. They have constant POP-UPS all over the internet. I canceled my credit card after ordering from them. There are FAR better clothing companies right here in our own country. They DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE HERE AT ALL. THAT IS A LIE.
Received my swimsuit after a month of waiting, and even though it showed being an XL, it could've fit a 10 year old. My email was returned undeliverable. They are making a killing off Americans. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE...

My tankini set was very well made, top fitted perfectly, the shorts were a little big so I have ordered the smaller size. More than happy with the product.
Blouse was colorful, ran small and material was very thin, not sure if I want to order from Modlily again. It took a long time to receive the clothing.

I saw Modlily on FB. I saw a cute swimsuit. I read some of the comments and decided to make an ORDER. I read that they ran small so I ordered an XXL to be safe. That was on 6-21-2016. I did a little more research and found a lot of unhappy customers. This made me nervous so I tried to go back and cancel the order and was unable to. I had to put in a claim through PayPal. The tracking showed my order going to China then to Florida then to a PO Box in Massachusetts. After many emails to Modlily finally today July 14,2016 the swimsuit was delivered to my house in Oregon. It looks okay but when I tried it on, it is to small. XXL? I don't think so! The bottoms maybe, but not the top. Very low quality in material and contruction. I will return it to China and DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT. My loss of $25.27. Sheech... DO NOT ORDER FROM MODLILY. Read ALL reviews!
I won one dress from Modlily free trail. The quality of clothes is good. There is no shipping cost so that's great. I love the designs and constant updates.
Gorgeous top, super soft, it looks as good just as the picture at such a low price! It fits me well, although my sleeves are a bit shorter than what is shown on the picture. I am happy with this top.

These are so good this is my second purchase for a different colour, very comfortable and I have been getting some very nice comments when I have worn them.
