First of all, sorry for any inconvenience that it may bring. We always send orders in the time frame we promised, 1-4 working days, but if you purchased pre-sale item, it takes a much longer time.

My query and issue was solved without any hasselt whatsoever, May who dealt with this for me was just brilliant. I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Cheap crap from China! Misfitting, questionable materials. I tried to return but it's impossible. Such a scam. $60 worth of garbage "clothes" going to charity.
Delivery was made promptly on date specified. Good communication and item tracking from company. Quality garments. Will definitely be using this company. Wish the rewards weren't time specific.
Both suits I purchased are great. The one piece fits great, I have a long torso. The two piece has a lovely design.
My order arrived very quickly and before I needed it. Everything fit so the sizes are old normal sizes, not what used to be an XL is now a 4XL. Very happy.

Love it! It's actually be even cuter if they were like little "boy shorts" I have a size 40 DD cups are a bit small but still works! And a curvy girl and covers my muffin top well :)
I oredered from this company and received the shirt it is so thin will tear quickly and the sleeves were half the size of the average arm i paid 23.84 for the shirt and only requested even exchange and all they are willing to return was 20 percent,. VERY UNSATISFIED

This company I will never ever shop at again. Dont want to fix an order even when they are contacted in a timely manner. When I did get someone on the phone afyrr dsys snd days of calling she told me sorry we cant do anythinh to fix your order. I kept asking questions and then she refused to answer. By the way I called lat e the night and she said it was 8.30 am in China. I told her I would contact paypal credit dispute dept yo get my money back. Am happy to say I received all of my monies spent back in my paypal account. Dishonest, Fradulent company. Please spend your money else where. Dont shop Modlilly. You will regret it if u do.
I ordered an XXL blouse. The sleeves were so small I couldn't put my arms in them. Everything is coming from China and they are irregulars. They ship junk to USA.

Didn't realize I couldn't return a swimsuit and earrings that didn't work out, so now I'm stuck with them I guess. I'll think twice before ordering from Modlily in the future.
Doubtful when ordering, bit the package came in good timing, I was happy. I'm not a small person, so I was surprised it fit well. The material is ok too. Will use them later this month. (3X)

I ordered for the first time and when I received the bikini it was very nice but just made larger, the only problem I had with the whole experience was it cost alot to return and I didn't realize that process, so I'm now out the s/h on my order plus the return shipping.
I have ordered from Modlily alot for myself & my mother we really like the clothes we have got. Fits true to size looks great and gets all of compliments.
IF you'd read the instructions for returns and/o rexchanges, it really isn't that difficult, I have Bought dozens of items from this site, and found all but one to be of very good quality, and really cute, Yes, their sizing is a bit off, I just buy one size up, and I'm good to go - something I've learned to expect when shopping on-line from Asian stores. I HAVE done BOTH a return here for full refund, AND taken a cash 'settlement' withOUT the hassle of returning, happy with both transactions. USE the ticketing, have some patience, and TRY to work with them, they actually have pretty good service!

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
