Strongly recommend this website to all. Fast shipping and nice service. I love this bathing suit! It is so cute, and comfortable too. I lost the strap, but it still looks great as a strapless. The buttons are bulky, so it looks odd if you wear the suit under a dress or something, but for the beach or pool this can't be beat. I pair it with a nice floppy striped hat, big sunglasses, and am ready for a day in the sun
Purchased two bathing suits. The bottom to the two piece would not fit an 8 year old child and I ordered a xxl. The quality of the suits was poor. The material was see through on both. Now they are telling me to give the product away or sell the product online because it will cost too much for me to return it. I would never refer anyone to this site.
Customer service is the worst, coupon codes don't work, prices change by the second including after they are added to the cart. After DAYS of "chatting" with people that sounded like Chinese computers, i gave up, will never order from them.
I ordered something in 11/18/2016 that has yet to arrive. Today is 2/1/2017. The order tracking tool said it was shipped on 11/21. This company is a complete scam. There is no way to cancel the order, you just have to wait for it to show up whenever the heck it decides to get here. I will NEVER order from them again.
Modlily will not respond to e-mails. They ship from China and their site says to allow 1-4 days for handling and 9-15 days for shipping. I ordered a blouse on Sept. 22 and it didn't arrive until Nov. 13. I had to file a complaint with PayPal to even get them to respond at all. The quality of the blouse is poor.

I ordered two suits and they didn't get to me for almost a month and when they arrived, they fit horribly. I want to return them, and have tried to contact a live person but can't reach anyone! I am going to let everyone know on social media how much of a scam this company is running!
I ordered 2 swim suits (same suit 2 different sizes) planned to return the suit that did not fit. I kept the larger size but I actually had to sew one of the straps on because it was ripped off. It has been nearly 4 weeks and I have not heard back from customer service about returning the wrong size. They have not returned any phone calls, or emails, and I even tried to contact on their website. I think I am stuck with 2 swim suits, one of which I had to repair if I want to wear it. Awful. Will not ever order from Modlily in the future.
I must say that I was very happy when my order arrived. The products are wonderful, they have great quality for low price, I didn't have any problems with size. Exceptional quality for unbeatable prices. Overall, I am more than completely satisfied.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
