Ordered $72.00 outfit on 5/8 was to be delivered 5/21 not recd yet and left message on phone that no one answers. Guess I have lost my money...will never order again. I feel sure you do not post bad reviews.also gave them my order number - nothing works.
Whoever took their photos did a great job, but the seamstresses are amateurs. I ordered 3 things. Not one of them is recognizable from the pictures. Poor stitchwork, poor customer service. I won't be doing this again. Lesson learned!

I felt I had to come back and add this: Now that I've had the clothes a few days I don't hate them as much. I did a little adjusting to the hemline of one of the dresses, wore it, and got lots of compliments. I also like the coat better now that the wrinkles have fallen out.
I think because American shoppers typically buy their clothes off the rack, it's very disconcerting to have your clothes arrive folded in wrinkles.
Even though the stitching isn't stellar, the low price makes it tolerable. For those reasons, I'm raising my rating to a 3.
Like others have said, I made the mistake of a Facebook impulse buy. Modlily immediately charged by Paypal account, but I have nothing to show for it -- no order confirmation, no goods, and no help from customer service. I am going to contact FB to tell them they should bar this advertiser, and I encourage you to do the same!
I was really disappointed with my Modlily purchase. I ordered 2 women's tops. As others have said, the order took over a month to get here. The quality of the workmanship was the worst I'd ever seen. The cloth was cheap polyester, the seams uneven and looked like they'd be sewn by hand. Unwearable. They spend all their money on advertising. The production quality from China was extremely poor.

Even the bathers were packed exceptionly perfect. Only reason I returned was first time bought clothing on line. They didn't fit my body shape (to small) I'm best to try on in a shop. They were so well made but didn't wanna keep sending back an forth trying different sizes.
But sincerely so impressed with your company in everything you do an done.

Clothing appears to be true to size and nicely made. My pre order item was no longer available. Customer service offered credit with coupon or full refund. I opt for refund because it was easier. Response time from Modilly is quick. Impressed for a online company. I will definitely keep shopping with this company.

I can honestly say modily gives excellent service products are of a extremely high standard and delivery is prompt and on time I have shopped with international online company's before who are nowhere near as good
I love this dress. The material is great and it fits true to size. I have ordered 3 different colors and I'm happy with all of them. I get compliments each time I wear one. They don't look cheap since its a thick material which I love! I really loved this dress! It's super cute on. Really cute! I will be purchasing another one soon!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
