My experience, this company is not willing to do exchanges. Not everyone is an exact size. I wanted to exchange a swim suit top, the bottoms were a great fit, I just wanted a larger top. This swim suit is cute, but unfortunately Modlilly thinks they are too good to help the customer. I will not ever recommend this company or product and will I let everyone I talk to, know that

Royal mail had sent my dress parcel back, I went on live chat and after 5 minutes my problem was resolved, ModLily are resending my dress which hopefully will be here soon. My first dress would have been with me in 7 days from ordering if it had arrived.

I ordered four beautiful, exquisite blouses from ModLily. They look exactly like the pictures. This was my first time ordering from this company, and I was not disappointed with the quality of these attractive blouses. I will definitely be ordering more products from this website.

Modily has a lot of choices that you don't see other places. The only draw back is the shipping time.

Order two swimsuits from ModLily and I was very happy with the product. Love the colors and they fit true to size. It did take a few weeks before they arrived but it's okay as I'm happy with the product. Got lots of compliments the first day I wore my new swimsuit 🥰

I had an issue with a swimsuit bought a L and top was too small. I exchanged for an XL and that too was just a bigger band and still a smaller cup size (maybe a C cup) so didn't fit my chest. When I emailed to return as even the XL was not working for my cup size and now the bottoms were too baggy I was told they one do one return on an item and an "exchange" counts as that return. Now I'm stuck with a poor quality fit suit and they are emailing me saying if I leave a 5 star review on Sitejabber for them they will consider a return. What a terrible business practice! I will not order from here again, what a way to falsely get good reviews, by not allowing a return unless I leave 5 stars! Hope Sitejabber looks into this and reviews are useless when companies cheat to get them!
