More than 2 months that I ordered the items. Most of my items come within 3 weeks.

I bought two swimsuits from ModLily! This was my first purchase! The suits are cute and fit perfectly! One was a one piece and the other was a top and bottom! I will not hesitate to buy from this company again! I ordered medium and the fit is true to size!

I purchased 4 swim suits and they are beautiful, true to size and what I expected. But I had to wait 5 weeks to receive them.
I messaged customer service on the where abouts of my package. Alice was fantastic and said she will have my order pushed along and I received it at my home in 3 days.
The package contained only two suits. A week later I received the other two suits. Quality is amazing. But if you need your order for an event, order well ahead of time.

After some confusion about which item I was for refund and returning to exchange, the issue was quickly reviewed and straightened out.

Loved the styles and color choices of the swimwear and blouses purchased. Light weight and wash and dry with no ironing required. Color choices allow me to wear them with pants and shorts of all colors. Great for traveling with no wrinkles. Look forward to fall and winter styles!

I first came across Modlily in April 2024 and was immediately drawn to their collection of clothing items which were exactly my taste and which I could not find anywhere else. I was impressed with the creative styles and the good quality products and was quite happy with my first two sets of orders; I was totally won over, and excited to find a "clothing home"! The ease of navigating the website has added to what has been a pleasant experience so far.

Purchase was missing 2 items from the order. Matching skirt from one suit and a separate pair of swim shorts. I attempted to have them resent but you said it was not possible. The package was too small and would get lost.

I purchase often from modlily and love all their clothes and they have exceptional customer service as well.
