I have a very strong feeling they pay people to give positive reviews. Turned my hair to straw even though my hair was in great condition prior! I just wanted to get some length before the 4th of July. When I contacted them to ask for an address to send it back to, they told me no refunds! So I spent $70 on something that has no refund policy. I tried the shampoo, conditioner, mask, and hair growth serum. None of them even worked. I washed my hair 3 times that week and each time more hair fell out. Totally a scam! Now I am left with brittle hair that I have to work to get back to its prior condition! Do not waste your money!

I got this product about a week ago. I don't like strong smelling shampoos, this one isn't over powering, the smell is good. See a little bit of hair growth, but its still too early. Seems like a good shampoo and conditioner.

The product is terrific! I absolutely love your product. My hair grew 1 inch in a month. So I'm definitely gonna be ordering more in the future.

Love this shampoo and conditioner gives my fine straight hair volume without weighing it down. Noticed thicker hairline where it was thinning in the first couple of weeks.

I got my order a 1.5 month ago and I already have two inches of growth. I am shocked! My hair is thicker and sooooo healthy, the smell of the shampoo, conditioner and the spray is very citrusy, I love it! I am super happy with these products!

The products seems to be amazing quality. They don't have that fancy smell like the other chemical products and the shampoo doesn't foam a lot on your hair so that is another good sign! I will be using these products for sure!

My hair is softer and appears to be longer, but not by much. It's difficult to say if it really works as I haven't used it for long yet.

My hair feels much more better and I love the smell. It is vegan as well which makes this perfect for me!

Upon ordering, I was met with a screen saying my payment method didn't work and to try another one — however my card was immediately charged, I got an instant notification from my bank, as I always do. Yet their checkout screen said I hadn't paid and I needed to try another card. With this suspicious garbage I went immediately to customer service to just cancel my order. I have no order number, no confirmation, just money drained from my bank account. Their customer service is absurd, 'Justine' wrote me back within the hour saying I didn't sign up for a subscription and I'd get an email with my products have shipped. Outrageous as my initial email stated clearly I didn't want the items and to refund the money to my card immediately. I've since been entirely ignored with the 10 emails I've sent. I went to Instagram to leave disgruntled comments only for them to BLOCK ME. I am disgusted with these scam companies sending out unsealed, half used products and not returning funds or even cancelling subscriptions. Foul. AVOID THIS GARBAGE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Also if you look across websites, their positive reviews come from scam accounts that have only ever reviewed their products. Garbage.

Works well, honestly not much to comment on. The scent is good, makes my hair soft and easy to manage, slightly increased hair growth too.

Love this shampoo and conditioner it makes my hair soft and thicker I notice less shedding. Worth a buy

I bought this shampoo to help with the fight hair loss, but could not imagine it would leave hair so soft! I'll keep buying it.

Don't buy their product, I paid them on Feb 16 and they have stopped responding and essentially stole my money so I have to pursue them and report them for fraud, buyer beware!
