While I love my eternity ring from MoissaniteCO which my husband gifted me on our wedding day, I am not satisfied.
I have had my wedding band for 14 months and this is the 3rd stone that came out. Just two months ago was the 2nd time and here we are again. The 1st time happened right after my wedding! I work at a desk and don't do any extreme work where I'm bumping the ring or hitting it against something. This is very frustration to not be able to enjoy my wedding ring.

And now the ring is no longer under warranty and to get it repaired through them is a nightmare. They are throwing hidden fees that wasn't communicated and you can't speak with anyone on the phone. You can only email or live chat but the live chat is down and now I have to wait for a response.

I just want to enjoy my wedding ring!

Needless to say because of this incident they have lost my husband and I as customers. I own other moissanite jewelry which my husband purchased form Charles & Colvard and have not had ONE issue with them. I guess we should have gotten my wedding band from them as well. Lesson learned.

I truly love my beautiful ring! I wanted something simple and delicate. I'd seen similar rings from different companies who use mostly diamonds, but they're just not my thing for ethical, environmental and cost reasons. Moissanite Co was very easy to communicate with and they were able to create the ring I wanted for about 1/4 the price of the diamond rings I'd seen! I can wear my ring knowing it was created with integrity and is conflict/exploitation free. I get so many compliments on the "sparkle", fire/brilliance. From our first email inquiring about a custom design to the time the ring arrived in the mail was about 5 weeks.

It's been very good, i've gotten a lot of help from the customer service that have answered all my questions. I like that there are videos of the jewelry on instagram, it shows well how beautiful they are. I think you might even increase your sales if you added those videos or photos to this page! The drawings or pictures on here doesn't 100% do the jewelry justice! Overall very happy!

They always provide quality products at an affordable price. I have shopped around and cannot find a better quality or price. Their service is outstanding. I purchased my wife's wedding set over 5 yrs ago and keep coming back for anniversaries and special occasions.

Only negative thing that I have experienced is my stone having developed a weird smudge ( looking like gasoline in water type thing.) otherwise I look forward to purchasing my wedding band from you guys.

I have been buying from this company for the past 4+ years. With each purchase, the jewelry is of good quality with good stones. Customer service is also great with quick email responses and fast delivery, including international. They are very accommodating with special requests or custom orders. I find myself coming back to this company for most special occasions, as in birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Love my custom design ring still after 2 years. I get tons of compliments and NO ONE knows it's not a diamond! I've had a prong on the main stone come loose and a side stone that chipped. Both were repaired very quickly and very reasonable in price!

I purchased an engagement ring for my fiance a 6 months ago and popped the question just over 2 months ago. She absolutely loves it and the durability is that of a diamond. We regularly clean it with hand soap and warm water to keep it super shiny and lustrous.

I do highly recommend getting the forever one over the other quality options however, because I did have to return the first ring (forever brilliant) because the stone had a yellowish tint to it. Customer service was perfect and spot on. They did a great job.

Overall these rings are quality made and absolutely stunning. I highly recommend them to anyone. Truly a diamond replacement and in my opinion better.

I decided to go with one of the available options, but it was nice knowing I had the ability to special order exactly what I wanted without any hassle. It's been a little while since I last purchased. But I am back. Due to the past service I have received. I would rather not buy than go elsewhere. Totally happy with the style I came across and have chosen. Thank you once again. Regards as usual to great staff and a great company. In fact-my wife is so pleased with the ring that she has requested another one to accompany this one. I will be purchasing this once I get back home as I am currently offshore on business.

I sent in my rings to be sized on the 21st of January, and after paying for expedited shipping both ways (greater than $200) and the sizing itself ($100) now, less than 30 days from when I got them back, a stone has fallen out! I am not happy, and now I'll be out another few hundred dollars if I decide to even bother sending it back there for repairs!

Square brilliant Forever One solitaire was ordered by my spouse. Shipping was exceptionally fast; about two weeks faster than predicted! The setting is perfect and the stone is simply gorgeous. It's been about 3 months of constant wear and although gold does accumulate scratches (I'm rough on my hands), the moissanite stone is perfect and gleaming! The cut isn't identical to a princess cut, but it's really interesting and very sparkly. The mounting is very strong and the corner prongs make me feel that my stone is secure and protective. The corners are a little sharp, but one gets used to it. In some direct lighting, the stone tends to show a very dark center, but it still sparkles. All things considered, I'm ecstatic with my ring. For the ecologically and humanitarian- conscious buyer, one cannot ask any more. Now I'm looking forward to finding a lovely matching band!

It can be rare to offer a review with NO critiques or suggestions for improvement. But this is definitely one such review. Quality of the merchandise, speed of delivery, price, beauty, investment, expertise and courtesy of customer service, ease of doing business, and the joyous response from the loved one to whom I gave this gift -- all of these make this experience stand out positively in my mind. I would definitely order again as well as recommend this business to friends.

I loved the style of my ring but within a month I was losing stones out of it. After consulting two reputable jewelers both said the setting is "flimsy" and the prongs holding the smaller stones were pretty much non-existent. I did contact customer service, however the one liner irritated sounding emails I received didn't exactly reflect great customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Also, the waiting time is acceptable due to the fact every piece is made to order, I am used to the wait - good things are worth waiting for! Placed another order since this one, so obviously I love their jewelry and prices.
