The quality was exactly as portrayed in the images when I bought the engagement ring, bright and shiny and I have no complaints! Site is easy to understand, checkout has all the information you need to ensure your product is in order. Already spoke to a rep via email and he's been very straightforward, which I appreciate. Fingers crossed that everything keeps going well!...So I ended up receiving the ring well before I expected it. The packaging was really nice; the entire time I was taking it apart to check the ring I kept thinking "who is all this for?" A box in a box in a bag in a bigger box... that being said, it was very discreet.

The ring itself was stunning. Diamonds need to just give up, they don't hold a candle to Moissanite. Long story short, she loves the ring, and I couldn't be happier with the entire purchase experience.

The ring arrived promptly and very impressive packaging. Stone is gorgeous however the metal seems quite flimsy for the stone size. It is a petite band which looks delicate but I wish I purchased wider band, but overall happy since this was a sale item

Order was quickly prepared and shipped. Only thing that's sort of annoying is the required signature confirmation but it is jewelry. I redirected the package to a FedEx office to make it easier to pick up. Ring was expected.

Chris was very helpful with my questions and concerns. This was my third purchase with them and they've all been great experiences. I got a pink moissanite in their halo setting and it is so beautiful. I can't stop looking at it.

Easy to order as always. Hopefully the chain color matches the pendant setting color. The chain choices don't make that clear.

Edit to add:. She loves it. The rose tone is a little lighter than other brands of rose gold I've seen

The products you have are simply the best out there. I only wish it didn't take so long to make, as the anticipation of receiving a new creation is great. With that said, your products are definitely worth the wait. It would be nice to have the ability to search your website for 'new' items.

We ordered my engagement ring back in December. I became so anxious about it that I emailed support and upgraded my shipping to overnight. The entire process was so easy and everyone I contacted was very helpful! The ring was delivered right on time and was stunning. He proposed a month later, I couldn't wait to wear it! The solitaire pear with plain milgrain band in platinum was just right for me. The solitaire has a beautiful 'fire' like sparkle and I liked the weight of the band, not too thin. The ring came very well packaged in blue box and large draw string leather-like bag. I am very satisfied because I was able to take my time selecting a style just right for me. And while my ring was being made it became on sale! So, I was able to call customer service and get a refund from the original price I paid! I will definitely be back for more<3

Moissanite co gave me advice for my ring, a good shipping rate and a lot of payment options.
I also had particular shipping demands as France was the destination. I asked them to receive the order in one week and a half. They managed to send it in time (4 days before my deadline).
I also had a problem with UPS and Moissoniteco on Facebook gave me perfect advices to unlock the situation.
