I was iffy with purchasing online to begin with. When I reached out to customer service regarding timing and overall turn around time, I got a response from Craig. At first he sounded helpful, but when I questioned him more and asked for more clarification he was pushy. And that really put me off. (I was under no deadline to receive my order, I really just wanted to be certain of his words and what I should expect, from the time I purchase to the time I receive my order. After all, isn't trust one of the main trait/virtues a consumer value?)

All in all was a good experience.

My ring is just what I wanted. I looked everywhere for a store or website that offered both moissanite and palladium options in current styles. Moissanite Co. Offered the materials, styles, service and also was reasonably priced. The bezel set ring, I selected allows me to enjoy my ring without having to worry about losing my stone due to a faulty setting. Additionally, the palladium should wear well and allow me to skip a whole world of maintenance that come with a white gold ring. I asked a few questions before I ordered. Every question and concern was responded to promptly.

With a very good selection already, the side-by-comparisons was very helpful, as was the ability to see the product in both yellow and white gold. Shopping overall was easy, selecting the size is always the challenge for me, but the site functions well, and the product pictures were fair representations, and the brilliance of the stones is just pure beauty.

Inability to return rings over size 8 is a real hassle - not customer friendly.

Delivery exceptionally slow - difficult to determine status of order due to cryptic classification of status on website.

Your site seemed to have the best balance between price and quality. I also like that you offer palladium and have the 3D ring on finger viewer. I just wish you offered black friday deals. I would have purchased more things.

I got a simple rose gold ring, purchasing was clear and easy. The gem was brilliant and the setting firm, came in really nice packaging. The only thing is that the shade of rose gold slightly off match to the rose gold band, unfortunately the bands were not purchased from here and so I recommend buying band and engagement from same place to get the same color.

I'll admit I was hesitant on going the moissanite route for an engagement ring as I really knew nothing about it. It's been six months since I received the ring and I couldn't be happier; and more importantly my soon to be wife couldn't be happier. The ring in beautiful beyond a doubt. On top of that the customer service was easily just as great and we are planning on ordering a custom wrap here shortly.

Bought the ring for my then soon to be fiancé. Shipping was really quick, there was no issue in making a ring of a non-standard size, it still looks as beautiful today as when it first came. For larger stones I'd suggest paying the extra amount for an upgrade, it is very well worth it.

Not pleased but because I special ordered 18k Cartier three stone setting repro I was unable to return. Already sent back for returns after three weeks as stones arrived with noticeable chips and surface scratches with jewelry loop. Paid for the most top quality stones and was underwhelmed to say the least.

I love my earrings. The sparkle factor is exactly as I had hoped and the size is perfect. Never have I had a pair of earrings that have drawn so much attention. People always tell me how beautiful it is. When I tell them it's moissanite they just can't believe it.

My engagement ring and wedding band are both beautiful white gold with moissanite stones. No one ever asks, "Is that real?"...assuming they would be asking if they were diamonds or not. I get many, many compliments on my rings and I couldn't be happier with the price that we paid. I have beautiful, quality products at a fraction of the cost of diamonds. I love both of my rings. The workmanship, service and quality is excellent. I was however disappointed with the colour of the centre stone. I expected it to be near colour less, but it is not. Could you please check that I got the best quality stone you have available in my ring? The smaller stones next to the centre stone look even whiter.:-( thank you.

The overall website layout is great and allows better and faster customization than the other websites we were looking at. While there were no available coupons for our purchase the prices here were far better than elsewhere in general. Very satisfied with our service so far.

I prefer a six prong and when I contacted customer support, they were quick to provide a direct link with the customized ring which made the process even easier. I am very happy with my experience. We did have her sized by a jeweler and used the measurement, but the ring was slightly larger. I am not sure where the issue occurred. Overall, a spectacular ring.
