Everything was perfect except that my center moissanite stone came noticeably crooked in the setting. I ended up getting it re set by a local jeweler for a fee. I absolutely love my ring and everything else about my experience was great.

Purchased stud earrings threaded backs for prior studs purchased. Left back fell off. I had Loyalty Reward points to apply, but could not because considered 'replacement'. The threaded back should not have fallen off!

The ring exceed my expectations. The color, the fire, the size, everything is perfect. They delivered my ring earlier than I expected too.

Everyone I talked to or emailed were very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a timely manor, but the product I received was not at all anything like the picture and video. I was completely disappointed. The center stone was very yellow in color and looked nothing like what I thought I was purchasing. I was so upset. I had waited several weeks for this ring to get to me.
