I've had a really negative experience. In no way did I expect the removal of an innocuous paper tag from to ring to trigger a full cancelation of the return policy. It's a predatory tactic used by this company to prevent them having to provide a refund to unsatisfied customers. I'm really disappointed.

A few days after placing my order, I realized I had ordered yellow gold when I had intended to order white gold. Love love my ring! Moissanite is so much prettier than a diamond. I will say the pictures on the website could be better. Video displays much better quality (Instagram) of the jewelry but not all items have a video.

I've done my research on diamonds and thus felt very comfortable with what makes for a good one. Since these aren't diamonds with the appropriate certifications I was flying blind a bit but I had read enough reviews to make me feel like the choice I made was the correct one even if the stone was sight unseen. My expectations with the final product have been met and perhaps exceeded. It's a beautiful piece of jewelry that my wife loves and is complimented on often. Will order again.
