Wanted to return an item within the 30 day window. After much back and forth they says no, item needed a security tag. No tag was on the item initially, it was on the main ring. They offered to resize, but the band didn't support the ring with a large stone. When I originally inquired to purchase an additional band, I was quoted almost $200 more than I was charged for the first band. The engagement ring is beautiful, the band is cheap and thin. Company is not easy to work with, go to a local jeweler and save yourself the headache. There's not much difference in cost.
I recently ordered a 1/3 carat pendant just to try out moissanite. I immediately thought I was wasting my money and wanted to cancel the order. My husband talked me into keeping the order going and just see what it looked like when it came. Well, it is beautiful! I asked my husband to honestly tell me if it looked fake. His response was "it looks like a really sparkly diamond". YAY! Why spend the money on real diamonds again? I will get years of happiness from this pendant and no one will know that I didn't spend $1,000. It is our little secret!
I received my ring yesterday, and it has left me absolutely in awe. It's the most stunning ring I've ever laid eyes on, and I can say that having seen the real thing! The way it sparkles is truly unparalleled. Last night at an event, people couldn't help but notice my ring, and I must admit, I felt a sense of pride. Like some of the others whose reviews I've read, I was initially uncertain about this choice. I've had CZ rings before, and they don't even come close to the beauty of Moissanite.
We are expecting a baby so I told my boyfriend not to buy me a diamond engagement ring because it was too expense. He did some research and ended up buying me a designer inspired moissanite engagement ring and I was totally blown away at how exquisite the stone is. Everyone thinks he spent a fortune on my ring and I am not telling them otherwise! No disappointments here!
I had reservations about buying jewelry online, especially considering that I had never seen a moissanite stone in person. Despite my concerns, I decided to go ahead and ordered a moissanite pendant from your company. To my delight, the pendant exceeded my expectations and was even more beautiful in person than it appeared in the pictures! The online chat support was incredibly helpful in addressing my payment-related inquiries, and having access to my account information was a valuable resource for keeping track of my order's progress.
I ordered one of the antique style rings. Moissanite is mostly flawless and clear. I can hold a moissanite stone next to a real diamond and there is no difference. The ring came exactly as shown and advertised. The detail work was amazing, the stones were gorgeous. However it was a much wider band than what I had anticipated. I am going to exchange it for another ring through the same company I think. The customer service is a little slow and I was confused about the return policy at first. Luckily, I read the entire policy in time to change my order. Some people are upset about the restock fee, but it's right there in the policy. You just have to read it. They also will not let me drop the ring off for exchange, even though I live in Las Vegas. This is strange to me, but maybe it's just a ship facility. Overall, the ring was gorgeous, the price was right, and I hope my next ring is just as nice.
After posting my review on this website 3 weeks ago, MoissaniteCo immediately reached out to me.
They offered to redo the ring from scratch and to send the old one only once the new one was ready.
They had me look at photos and videos of the new ring for approval.
I received it 2 days ago.
I'm happy with the ring as it is what I wanted but I'm still upset with how difficult this situation has been.
Hopefully no further issues come up with the ring.

In June of this year my fiancé ordered an engagement ring and a wedding band. It was delivered early in July and that's when he proposed. On the day following the proposal, I noticed that the head or the engagement ring was crooked to the side. I also noticed that one of prongs was longer that the 3 others which resulted in the stone being a little bit tilted to the side. You can't really tell right away but when you know, you cannot unsee it.
My fiancé reach out to MoissaniteCo to find a solution. They replied right away to confirm our home address. My fiancé replied on the same day with the information and then didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. We thought they were sending a replacement ring and didn't pressure them further. After two weeks, my fiancé reached out again via chat on the website only to be told that they didn't receive our information. My fiancé then sent the whole email chain to prove that he'd been replying.
Again, no response for 2 weeks. My fiancé reached out again in the first week of August and said he wasn't happy with the whole situation as we were getting married on August 12th, 2023 and he didn't want me to have a defect ring on our wedding day. They replied right away and asked for our home address. At this point, it was ridiculous and we thought they were joking as we already had sent our home address 2 times and it was the same as the original delivery address. My fiancé sent the entire email chain again with a reply to send a new ring right away for the wedding.
They replied the week after the wedding with a CanadaPost delivery tag. My fiancé replied and said he was very displeased with the service and didn't trust them anymore to fix the ring and wanted a compensation so we could have the ring fixed by a trusted jeweller instead. No response.
He messaged them again twice since then about a compensation for the defect engagement ring. Nothing.
This is ridiculous. You spend 2,000.00USD on a ring, you'd expect it to be perfect or at least have good customer service afterwards but no. This has been hell and we had to spend 500.00 at a jeweller to have it fixed.
Don't buy from this horrible company. The quality of the engagement ring is horrible and I just wish he had spent more and went with another company. Their customer service is basically inexistant so you really have no recourse.
Even though I picked out my wedding set from Moissanite Co, I still cried when he proposed because the engagement ring was so beautiful! The pc really doesn't bring out the brilliance, clarity & beauty, as in person. The most common compliment I receive on my ring is "Wow!". I can't thank Moissanite Co. Enough for making my proposal so special and unforgettable. I can't wait to pick out my soon-2-B husbands Moissanite Co wedding band!
We contacted these guys for a custom wrap for a ring we had purchased from them years earlier. They quickly responded with a cost and a rendering of the wrap. It was perfect! Arrived on time and went smoothly. Making plans to buy more jewelry in the future.
I just want to thank the folks I've dealt with on this website, I've hesitated but now am impressed for their great service. Communication thru emails were excellent and I am happy for the purchased I made. This stone has the sparkle of a diamond, even better.

Ln march 2022 l purchased 2 stunning beautiful rings, one 31/2 carat tiffany and one band with stones all round, the quality is amazing, strangers stop me in the stores and grab my hand and gasp is that real, l honestly don't think they believe me when l tell them it's moissanite. L would also like to add that chris is wonderful, very helpful and just a great company to deal with. If anyones wondering why it took me so long to leave feed back, the law firm l work for moved me to the u.k for 3 years. P.s believe me when l say my rings look as new as the day l got them and l never take them off.
I ordered a simple solitaire ring from Moissanite Co. And received it in just a few days. Even before I received it I talked to the customer service reps a few times to discuss the order and they were very helpful and responsive. After I got the ring and decided I wanted a different stone they allowed me to exchange it for another and within a week I got the new ring! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them in the future for all of my moissanite needs! Why pay thousands of dollars for a diamond when you can show the same loving relationship and have money left over for an awesome honeymoon or the retirement account? After lots of deliberation and seemingly endless websites I found this one and was able to chose exactly what I wanted. A grooved cathedral platinum setting with an oval stone. It arrived to the UK very promptly and my new fiance is so very happy with it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone not intersested in spending silly money for the same effect you can get for a very reasonable price.

I just got engaged about a month ago... My fiance and I had already discussed the type of ring I wanted. We decided to go with an Moissanite instead of a natural diamond because I just cannot justify spnding that kind of money on a ring but I wanted the same look. When he opened the box and proposed I was literally at a loss for words. This ring is BEYOND gorgeous and I'm constantly getting complimented on it. If you are considering buying a Moissanite... Just do it. You'll be very glad you did.
I have never had such an awful experience with a company during a time that should be the happiest. I bought my fiancé's ring in December and proposed in April because of a family emergency and in less then two months the white gold is turning gold like she's had the ring for years and 2 side stones have came out! I contacted the company and they refused me a refund only a repair, why would I want to keep getting it repaired judging by the threads it's not only me that has had issues it's disgusting they rip people off with poor quality and poor craftsman rings. I am going this week to 2 other jewelers because I went yesterday and one of the jewelers said the entire ring was Moissanite but the side stones were supposed to be diamond.
My ring is so brilliant, so sparkling, and my jaw drops every time I look at it. I can't understand why anyone would waste tens of thousands of dollars on a diamond when a Moissanite is every bit as beautiful. This is no CZ. We decided to get a stone that would match the upper limits of what we could afford for a real diamond so that the ring isn't questioned. And you know what? Everyone comments on what a beautiful diamond wedding ring set I have. We will keep our little secret in the vault and put the money saved into our son's college education fund.
The ordering process was great, I was pleased that we could get exactly the size, shape and setting. Other sites did not have that much flexibility in their offerings. The neckless came in a few weeks and my wife has worn it everyday since Christmas.
I bought loose stones to put in a custom made band. The 5 stones I got are all stunning. I couldn't be happier! They are leaps and bounds beyond any "real Diamonds" I have looked at. I can't imagine why anyone would pay more for a Diamond that is kept intentionally "rare" and can't compare.
