Amazing experience. My ring is still beautiful to this day. I'm not conflicted where the money went and the fire of my ring never gets old. I've never seen a ring like it. If we spent the same amount on a traditional engagement ring, we would of gotten a plain band with a small rock. Instead I have an impressive sized beautiful rock with a detailed band and a beautiful specially created wedding band to match.

Good after sale service. I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep the ring at first because the stone didn't match the diamonds in my wedding band, but ended up keeping it and getting a different band to wear with it. Great quality ring and I'm sure I'll be making more purchases in the future!

I was first off amazed by the price compared to stores here. It sure helps when you don't make very much, but want to get something real nice for the lady! When it came in, I was even more impressed! Came in a box, and in the box was this fancy bag, and inside the bag was a little box with the engagement ring for my girl. Very impressed and highly recommend this company!

I also would have liked a certificate that states the quality or grade of the stone. I understand that it may not necessarily be fair to grade it's cut, brilliance, or color as a diamond, but it would still be good to have specifications as each stone is different from each other.

I loved the bracelet...I was dissappointed that there were no videos showing the bracelet and the wait for the product was very long and all communication is done through email...should be able to talk on a phone.

I've had my Amora Moissanite for over 4 years and it's as beautiful as it was the day I got it. I may never buy a diamond again with the beauty and peace of mind moissanite brings. I think Moiss. & Co service is excellent! I do wish return policies for special orders and restocking fees were a little more flexible just for peace of mind (again) as this is a website based business and we can't see/try them in real life. Happy customer right now, nonetheless.

I feel MoissaniteCo.com is a great jewelry company and their jewelry pieces are solid and beautiful creations! I've not only purchased a beautiful engagement ring for my wife, but a wedding band as well.
The only thing I wish the company offered was a telephone number to speak with a live customer service person rather than email being the only way to get in touch with someone if you had a question about something.

The ring setting is exactly what I wanted. However, I thought the 'diamond' looked a little like cut-glass and didn't have the visible facets of a typical diamond. Overall I am satisfied, though, and was very pleased with the customer service.

Ordering was easy. Waiting on shipment now. Rings look fantastic and she was blown away. Just wish the company would talk on the phone. That's a fair amount of money to spend and not be able to talk to a representative.

Update 02.02 I love my wedding band! It's beautiful and I love how it looks with my emerald cut ring.

Everyone has been so helpful so far.
The rings are beautiful. The only issue is that the engravings weren't done right. I talked to a CSR while going over the CAD and my last question was if they fully understood what I was talking about when it came to the engravings, the person said yes but they were done wrong.

Put the engraving aside the rings are beautiful. My wife loves it.

Ring took longer than expected but after going through all the size guides and using a ring that already fits that ring I received still doesn't fit. That was a big disappointment after waiting so long for it to arrive. Other than that it is a beautiful ring!

Everything went smooth. I wish i knew there was layaway. I communicated with customer service via Facebook messenger and they always respond within 24hrs or less which helped my shopping go smoothly. The processing and shipping time was accurate as posted on website. I get soo many compliments on my ring.

My ring arrived missing the milgrain on the setting, I sent it back and they added it. It was annoying to pay return shipping and to wait an extra ten days, also the lack of a phone number to call did not inspire confidence. They rectified the issue and mailed it back and I am happy with it now, even though it should have arrived in this condition in the first place.

I am a repeat customer and love the product and customer service but did have an issue with a certain particular style of ring where the small accent stones kept falling out. MoissaniteCo was great to work with though and fixed the ring twice but we finally decided it was the style of ring so we paid the difference and upgraded to a different style. No issues with this one and we are happy. Will do business with them again for sure.
