I have two real diamond sets in rose gold and platinum with 2 carat solitaires purchased off of Blue Nile. I was told to look at moissanite's before I purchased my third and final set.
Wow! Where have I been. The "Bling", The "Fire" this moissanite throws is drop dead gorgeous - stunning. This is a ring you see across a sea of diamonds.
Hands down the moissanite is beyond compare. The Blue Nile sets I paid a small fortune for pale in comparison. They are grade A in the three C's. My mossianite is definitely the front runner, breathtaking.

I was just going to use the Moissanite stone that I ordered from MoissaniteCo.com for a temporary replacement until I could get a suitable diamond set into my favorite ring. I can't imagine doing that now that I see how much more beautiful my MoissaniteCo.com stone is next to any of the diamonds I've been looking at.

I fell in love with a ring and pair of earrings. But I didn't have the money to pay for it all at once. I was able to put them on layaway. Today I paid off my bill and can't wait for my jewelry. I hope it looks as good on me!

At the beginning everything was wonderful.

What I am not satisfied is the communication with the representative.
I asked on Friday when my ring would arrive and it would take 2-3 days (I would be out of town), so I asked for it to be overnight-ed and I paid the $40. Well it turns out my ring was already attempted to be delivered Friday morning and they then had me pay for overnight shipping for it to be delivered Saturday morning before my flight (When in reality it was already mailed)
I missed the opportunity to receive the ring because I was not given the right date.
When I sent an email explaining my unsatisfactory and requesting to be refunded the $40, I did not even receive and apology or explanation. Just a receipt for the refunded amount.
The quality and and price are wonderful, but I do not appreciate the lack of customer service at the end.

Good service overall. The only thing that I feel would have improved the service is a calculator/ indicator that helps the shopper know what the import duty on the purchased goods will be in the end.

I ordered a loose brilliant round moissanite stone. It was very affordable and absolutely beautiful. The jeweler we worked with chipped the sine while setting it. That's how I found out that the moissanite warranty doesn't cover any damage to the stone. So be careful when getting your stone set. It's pretty common for any type of stone to get chipped during the setting process if the jeweler doesn't know how to work with it. Overall I love my moissanite and working with moissanite Co was great.

I do not like diamonds, so I was very excited to try something different. MoissaniteCo offered an excellent variety, allowing my then-girlfriend and I to make a decision. We selected an option that felt cheap compared to diamonds, but have received countless compliments from those thinking it is diamond. It looks amazing and I couldn't be happier.

Moissaniteco sells beautiful products and has good customer service. Less than two weeks after I placed my order the price was adjusted, and after an email exchange the company honored the lower cost. The online chat staff, while convenient and professional, were not very helpful. Overall I'm happy with my new center stone and I appreciated this company's willingness to prioritize the my satisfaction over the items cost. Plan on purchasing more items on the future!

Customer service is awesome and my order gorgeous. I love my ring so much that I asked them to design a wedding band to compliment my engagement ring. The design team has been wonderful in answering questions, making sure the design is perfect before starting to make the ring. I am so happy with my engagement ring and I'm sure they will do fantastic with the band.

They say diamonds are forever - I say NOT. I had a 1 ct D colored SI2 graded diamond that was beautiful. Then it cracked! I found on this website a beautiful moissanite identical in shape to my old diamond. I also found the exact same ring setting. Now I have a forever brilliant moissanite ring (upgraded size slightly) I wear daily as my wedding ring. I get compliments on my new ring all the time. Why would I ever go back to diamonds? The prices you pay for diamonds are not justified. I can't wait to pick out some forever one stones for a future addition to my jewelry collection.

The website was quite helpful in providing as realistic an image of the product as possible which was the best thing for me.
When I did finally get the product, it did indeed sparkle, shine and refract like a diamond. It was truly impressive.
My only issue was the box it came in. It didn't look as beautiful as the ring did. Plus they could have at least removed the "Made in China" sticker.

MoissaniteCo worked closely with me to design a custom engagement ring after around some sample photos. They were prompt at responding to emails and keeping me up to date with the status throughout the process.

She loves the ring and the comments to everyone she shows it too on how unique and representative of "us" it is. While we could have afforded a fancy expensive diamond ring, it is not our personality to spend that. MoissaniteCo provided us the avenue to acquire an amazing custom ring at a price we were more than comfortable with.

I will follow the order with a custom band to match the custom engagement ring.

The service was great. However, I was a little disappointed with the color of the amora. It looked a little green in some lighting. Also, I wasn't very happy with the setting-it did not look professionally done. Overall, I was disappointed and would have returned it but just didn't feel like it's worth doing the extra work of shipping the ring back and waiting for another one. I'm just going to buy from a jewelry store for our wedding bands. I'm not sure if I'll order from here again.

The process and rings especially seeing them on Instagram is phenomenal so far!

However the diamonds in the band were a little smaller than it looked on the Instagram but my fiance absolutely loved it!
