We were so impressed with this company! The ring is even more beautiful in person. I got the two carat Amora moissanite and it is truly gorgeous. No one has even had an inkling of an idea that it isn't a real diamond. It is beautiful and a smart financial move!

Easy and highly detailed! You have help on call and many pictures to help you. Alot of information is right there. I love that under the description of the rings gives you how long it takes for it to be made. You can also easily see even more detailed live images of the rings via youtube by typing in the item number. Only thing I would suggest is better live footage of these beautiful rings.I'm very impressed and happy to pick moissaniteco

Everything went well except for delivery time. It was almost 2 weeks after estimated date and had to pay extra for rush even though I was told the date online and I ordered it 2 days before that date.

The delivery company was horrible - but that was no fault of MoissaniteCo. I'm in Canada, and was definitely not happy with the FedEx experience. That's really the only complaint I have. For some reason FedEx hates me - twice this year I've had problems (once with an order from a different company).

I initially purchased an engagement ring through moisannite.com last year, and my now fiancé loved it. So much so in fact that we decided to look for the wedding band through moissanite.com also. We initially had trouble finding the matching band for our ring, so we contacted customer service and they were able to quickly get us the link to the band we were looking for.
