Online ordering was user friendly, options on material and size was available, gemstone was very beautiful, looked like real diamonds, I love it so much I bought another for myself and my daughter, and she liked it very much, very pretty.

I contacted MoissaniteCo in hopes that I could purchase a separate band from the wedding set I bought from them 5 years ago. I wanted to have one of the same band to go on top of my wedding set to create a wrapped look. They quickly responded to me informing that they usually do not sell this band on it's own but because I had purchased my wedding set for them they could do a special order for me. In all it only took about two weeks and I was very happy with not only the product but the price. Everyone was very helpful and professional and I greatly appreciated them going out of their way to accommodate my needs as a customer.

I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring about 13 months ago. It was shipped promptly, securely, and came in a great package. She really loved the ring-- the design, the brightness of the moisannite, and overall, she is incredibly happy knowing that this ring is completely conflict free. As a human rights social worker, she was so certain that a moissanite was a good choice, and we are thrilled to share with our friends about what we chose and why. It was a little difficult to figure out that my girlfriend needed to make her wish list public before she could share it with me, but oh well.
Additionally, the stone was crooked in the setting, the setting itself was frail, and she took the ring to have the stone reset into a different ring.

The only criticism I could have is that you do not have a customer service phone number. When a customer is buying jewelry from only pictures they need the reassurance that they can reach a real person should they have questions.

Otherwise I am satisfied and would purchase from you again.

Easy to navigate web site. Order process was easy. Received my ring in a timely manner. It was packaged beautifully and just as pictured online. I was replacing a lost ring and the replacement was just perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Love it!

Ordered my wife's wedding and engagement rings here, and have since had them sent back once for professional cleaning. Every time I have had dealings with the staff, they have been prompt and professional. And the ring themselves, have been more than satisfactory.

One thing that I would love to suggest is that, It would be nice that when you choose a ring you can see an image of the different stone cut that you want.

Shopping experience has been great. Wonderful communication with creating custom ring. The time to receive my ring set took a little longer than expected but the craftsmanship and the beauty of the ring is amazing. My only complaint would be that I would have liked to have been able to see the actual stone prior to setting. The cad renderings were great but still didn't provide clear definition of the stone. In fact, my renderings didn't show the cut of stone I requested. After receiving the ring, I realized that I would have preferred a larger center stone. If I had seen the actual stone before placing, I think I would have chosen a larger stone.

I am extremely happy with my engagement ring purchase. I worked with Chris in order to make sure I received the ring by a particular date and he went above and beyond to guarantee I had it in time. I am looking forward to my future purchases.

I was very please with the whole experience. I decided to get a larger size and the return process was very easy and the upgrade was very easy.

I ordered this ring and thought it was a bit gaudy but decided to wear it that day and ask my husband what he thought. We both agreed this was not the ring for me. So I tried to return it and was told that if I removed the tiny white tag, which I did that the ring could not be returned. Wish I had known this to start with! I now have a $2,000 gaudy ring that I will not wear. This is how they get you, do not remove the little white tag on the ring, ever!

We will absolutely order from here again. The ring was delivered in the time frame given. It was beautifully boxed. And when we opened it up... wow! The ring itself was stunning. It was bright, sparkling and exquisite looking. The setting was well made. The stones were lined up perfectly. It was exactly what we wanted.

I have chatted with both Kristen and Elizabeth and they were both very helpful. They answered my questions and eased the anxiety I had about my lack of knowledge regarding stone color and clarity. Thank you ladies and thank you Moissanite Co.

Update:
The stones in my fiance wedding band does not look like the stones in the picture. The only reason that I have not returned it is because he likes it and that is all that matters. Other than that, my overall experience was good.

I was really outdone by the quality and beauty of the ring I ordered. The forever brilliant looks amazing and I found pictures my girlfriend took of the ring while alone which shows me she really loves it. I chose the rose gold and the expected wait time I had was actually beaten by a couple of weeks, allowing the proposal to be pushed up as I needed to show her how much I care with this ring.

I've purchased three items and am happy with all of them. One of the rings I selected had an issue with a stone falling out. After talking with one of their customer service reps I realized that the setting I had selected wasn't the best for my active lifestyle. They helped me select a better setting and I haven't had any issues with the ring. The stones are gorgeous and sparkle and everyone that sees them thinks that I have high quality diamonds. I love the jewelry and the customer service team respond quickly and try to make everything work out for all involved. I'll continue to buy from this when I am looking for my jewelry.

Site is easy to navigate and customer service was really great, especially because of the after hours response. It made the choice to buy from this company easy.

Edit: When I received the ring I absolutely loved it, however after only a week of wearing it one of the gems fell out. I sent it back to repairs, and thankfully did not have to pay shipping costs (as we shouldn't have to for something like this). I only hope that the same thing does not happen again and that the ring was fixed properly. Other than that, I still love the ring.

A little confusing figure out your upgrades.

Also, FYI, Chromium tells me your server is using an obsolete crypto algorithm and actually refused to autofill my credit card because it calls the https on your site "insecure" during checkout. The website guys need to make some upgrades on the website (TLS 1.0 is old).

This was my first moissanite purchase to see what they look like in person. I was very impressed with the size and sparkle of my earrings. I had zero issues with purchase and shipping time. I will definitely be purchasing my ring upgrade from moissaniteco.
