Only comment (and this applies to C&C and not MoissaniteCo); would appreciate if C&C provided a sku with their moissanite to verify the grade upon registration on their site.

Just made my second purchase with MoissaniteCo - this time an engagement ring. The first time the service and product was exceptional. Really looking forward to the next one (and the one after!).
Update: very impressed with turnaround time and shipping. Once again the ring is amazing, she absolutely loves it and her friends do too.

Overall, the ring is beautiful. There are some issues with the ring that need to be repaired. With the wedding in less than 4 weeks, we will wait until afterward to send it for repairs. The issues are with the prongs that hold the small stones in place.

Moissaniteco's products are always exceptional quality and you are sure to be impressed. The only gripe I have with the whole buying experience is that I wish the shipping methods were different. I hate that they only ship signature required, as I am never home when fedex delivers... then i have to drive almost 45mins to the local fedex store just to get my package. That being said I understand why they do it that way, as we are dealing with precious metals and fine jewelry.

Gave it five stars for products/service because I was so pleased with the cross pendant; however the chain was not satisfactory, so I purchased a better quality chain. Wish I had saved my money in the chain. Pendant is beautiful.

Very simple and easy process. Beautiful jewelry. I was trying to match a solitaire ring I had purchased many years ago from here and when I received the ring it didn't match. I'm still looking but had to returned the ring and the process was very easy to do.

This was the only site where I found a design like what I was looking for. Additionally, when I found the design I liked, I didn't notice the stones that I wanted, but a quick e-mail to the support pointed me to a different page with the right specifications. After a couple days to think about it I made the purchase. The ordering process was incredibly quick. The ring arrived a couple days early which was great. My only complaint is the return policy - 30 days from when the item was shipped. I don't see why there is a time limit as long as the ring remains in original condition.

For the price this was exactly what we expected. The Moissanite looks amazing in all lighting except florescent and even then is clear it just doesn't look as much like a diamond as it does in other lighting. Like the fact you can mix real diamonds in with the Moissanite.

My review is based on my relationship with Moissanite Co. Since 2016. From 2016 until now I have ordered several pieces from them totalling $6,214.80 USD (according to my account history). Up until this year I've had an absolute pleasant experience with them. There have been times I contacted them and they've been very professional, responsive, and always focusing on customer satisfaction. However, in the late fall 2020 I ordered a ring as a gift for Christmas. I also received a ring as a gift for Christmas. Both were ordered from Moissanite Co. The ring I received as a gift came with a very noticeable defect. I contacted Moissanite Co. And they were absolutely wonderful. They covered the cost of return shipping, fixed the defect, and sent the ring back making it so that I did not have to pay the $100.00 duty tax the second time. Regarding the ring that I purchased as a gift, in April of 2021 a stone fell out. This ring was only worn a handful of times between January'21 to April'21, spending majority of it's time in a jewellery box. I felt the stone falling out was due to poor craftsmanship and contacted Moissanite Co. They offered to fix the ring at no cost, but told me I would have to pay to ship it to them. I wholeheartedly disagreed with that as the stone falling out was not the wearer's fault. It was poor craftsmanship from Moissanite Co. As the ring was given as a gift, I relented and sent it back to be repaired; the shipping was a little over $40.00 CAD. To receive the ring back from FedEx I had to pay $106.00 CAD. I contacted MoissaniteCo asking them to refund the $106.00 CAD as I felt it should have been sent back with no cost of duty to me. Again, the stone falling out was due to poor craftsmanship on Moissanite Co.'s part. They did not respond. I followed up twice, and no one has responded. As a loyal customer for five years, it was extremely disrespectful. Their lack of response sent a message that they do not value my customer relationship nor me as a customer. I will be ordering my jewellery from other retailers going forward, I suggest the person reading this does the same – especially if you're not from the USA and your shipments will acquire duty taxes.

The site was easy to use, I never had to contact custom service (yay!) so I can't comment on that, but based on the rest of my experience I would assume they would have pretty great service, too. I LOVE my ring. My fiancé got me a cushion cut petite halo, 1ct, and it is SO beautiful.
