I absolutely love my ring! I was doing research on moissanites for a long time! The stone is stunning I get compliments on my ring all the time! The sparkle is out of this world I also got my wedding band from moissaniteco also! Moissaniteco are great! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I got a 2.2 carrot 3 stone princess cut in platinum for my soon to be wife. She was unaware of the ring, and was pleasently surprised at the beauty of the ring. She knew I was looking at Moissanite, but was unaware it would look like this. Quite frankly I was very surprised by the fire and brillianes of this ring. It blows diamond away as far as the beauty and looks. I won't buy diamonds again now that I found Moissanite.

My ring has arrived and its the most beautiful ring I've laid eyes on. The stock picture doesn't do the ring justice (item eband001f), its phenomenal and the attention to detail is fantastic. All the prongs are so meticulously lined up and perfect. I love how low it sits to the finger and its unbelievably comfortable. In short my husband and I love it! This is my second purchase from you guys as I also had my earrings remodeled which also turned out fantastic. Thanking you so very much for all your email correspondence leading up to the purchase. I've ordered a 4 prong solitaire with a 9.5mm moissanite. The beautiful box arrived without problem. Now I open the box, and I understand that 1) I will never buy diamonds again, and I will sell my actual diamond. 2) Before receiving the ring, I thought I would tell everyone that this stone is not diamond. But today, I don't see any reason why I would do this. It is just too similar to the real thing, without loupe there is no way to tell the difference. MoissaniteCo, I'm moved by the quality of the craftsmanship: the 950 platinum ring just looks as good as my platinum ring, but with the loupe, I can notice the moissanite is better set than my diamond. The whole process was flawless, I will buy again very soon. I can't thank you enough!

Cannot recommend this company strongly enough! Not only was the ring incredibly beautiful, the selection amazing, and the pricing reasonable, but the customer service I received from day one was hands down the best I have ever had! Every minor detail or trivial question I had was immediately professionally handled and I was helped through the entire process. Even after I got the ring and decided to change the center stone, they let me send it back and replaced the center stone with zero issues! I purchased a ring from this company 2 years ago. I enjoyed it those two years and got many compliments on the sparkle and look. Then my stones started falling out. In 6 months I had work done to the ring twice. I used moissanite company repair service and paid for the repair and stones. After working with Chris in customer service they offered to fix the ring for
Me a third time. They got back to me very quickly and did a lot to turn the situation around. Appreciate them working with me. I'd recommend this company. Also, I don't wear this ring next to any other rings. It's by itself. The first time with the repair the stone did crack which was surprising since Moissante is a 9 on the hardness scale but the 2nd repair they were not cracked and feel out and same with the 3rd time.

My husband surprised me with thr216 as a replacement for my ering that was lost. This is the prettiest 3-stone ring I have seen in a while. The metalwork on it is so fluid and sleek, it's like butter on the hand! This ring oozes elegance and class. It goes wonderfully with my eternity band eband001b. Absolute perfection!

Again, what does that tell everyone? It's THAT good. That is what I am telling everyone! Customer Services is over and beyond their call of duty and is so very attentive. Honestly, don't hestitate to buy from MoissaniteCo. Start with something small and reasonable in your budget and I promise that you won't regret it and would come back for something more significant. Just so you know... here's what I purchased in the last 3 months. A setting earrings, bracelet, gemstone ring and a eternity band. I sparkle like crazy and the compliments just kept on coming... These aren't the last of my purchases either -- I will be back for more! I AM A VERY HAPPY CAMPER!

My husband and I have been back and forth with this company. We had custom engagement and wedding rings made for me. Three times now the small end gem has fallen out within 4 to 6 months of wearing the ring. I take care of it and do not wear it when doing anything physical. We have sent it back to them twice now and been back and forth asking that this mistake not happen again. Never have our questions been answered why this keeps happening or told how this problem can be fixed. We have had to pay for shipping at least once to have it repaired. We have not ever been assured this would not continuously happen, especially past the warranty. I have no assurance that if we get the ring replaced with one of their other rings that this won't also happen. It is so disappointing because it is such a beautiful ring. Frankly, this is NOT how I wanted to celebrate my marriage, sending my wedding band back and forth with a lack customer service or reassurance or even a sliver of trying to solve the issue on this company's end.

SO HAPPY I discovered MoissaniteCo and went to them for a custom piece! My local jeweler quoted me more than 2x the amount that I paid here, for the same design. And their CAD renderings made it so easy to see what I would like, or what I'd like to change. The employees involved in helping me create the custom ring were all very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond! I absolutely loved my experience. I will be coming back to have another custom piece made soon!

My boyfriend and I had gone back and forth on getting a real diamond or a "man made diamond". I ordered a man made diamond from a website and it was clearly just a cheap CZ. So I was hesitant to order from here, but these aren't diamonds and don't claim to be so I figured what the heck. My boyfriend ordered the ring and OMG it is so perfect! It looks real, my parents were stunned when I told them what it really was. I'm in love with my ring and the sparkle is crazy! I was shocked when I emailed this jewelry store and was told that the ring I had purchased from them were "too petite" for me,as a woman weighing only 105 pounds, was to blame for the stones falling out of my rings.

Ultimately, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected by the company. I hope that they will reconsider their approach to customer service and take responsibility for the quality of their products. As a consumer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive a high standard of service, and I will be reconsidering my future purchases from this company. It is important for companies to understand that blaming the customer is not an acceptable way to handle product issues and that they should take steps to improve their customer service and product quality.

We ordered a loose 2.5 carat round stone and set it in a tiffany mounting and put it together with two diamond eternity bands. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out, even the owner of our local jewelry store didn't know is wasn't a diamond. When I told my jeweler it was a moissanite he said it was the best one he'd ever seen. My stone always tests positive as a diamond and I've never been questioned about it's authenticity. It's an amazingly beautiful stone and we will absolutely purchase more. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and always availble to answer my questions. If you're still undecided, take a chance on moissanite, you will not be disapointed.

I received my setting yesterday in the mail. I already knew how gorgeous moissanite was - as I have owned an 8 MM (2 carat) round center stone for the past 2 years, and worn in it a plain solitaire setting. But now I ordered a. 60 carat moissanite two tone gold setting to really give the stone the justice it deserves.
