Finally received my diamond ring. The product looked good and beautiful with the perfect finishing of edges. It comes exactly with elegant craftsmanship. Amazing.

This is what my ring looks like less than a week after MoissaniteCo repaired and apparently inspected my ring. I had only had worn the ring for 2.5 weeks before one stone fell out and since my fiance had the ring for over a year (untouched), it was out of warranty and we had to pay over $100 to have it repaired and sent back before our engagement photos. And now the same stone they replaced and the one next to it are gone. Customer service has not be sympathetic to this issue and do not care if this keeps happening. The representative I chatted with on their site said I would be sent a shipping label to mail it back to them, but I have yet to receive anything or receive any follow up from the company. There was also no mention if I would have to pay for the repairs and the representative was eager to end our conversation. I cannot believe they don't even have a phone number to call!

Unless I get some sort of resolution in the near future I would advise anyone to not purchase from this company.

My husband and I ordered sol365 with a 8mm stone. I received my ring in 14 days. I didn't know much about moissanite, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The ring looked EXACTLY like the picture. The quality is wonderful, the size was exact and the stone is just beautiful. I went to a jewelery store to see if I could find a ring enhancer to go with the ring and they thought it was a diamond. It even tested as a diamond. To be honest, I am not trying to pass this off as a diamond. I think people should be aware that you can get a stone more beautiful than most diamonds, for half the price! I will definitely be a return customer!

I sent my wife's wedding band in to be cleaned, resized, and a stone replaced. WOW what a great job. It was quick, easy to do, and affordable. Thank you so much.

Nice ring, however VERY POOR customer service. We purchased a ring and within 6 months my wife was missing 2 stones. We asked if the ring was resized to see if that was the reason the stones fell out. They assured me it wasn't... We sent the ring back (on our own dime), got the ring back a few weeks later and not even a week goes by and TWO MORE STONES GO MISSING! I contacted customer support and told them we are not interested in sending the ring back every week. That ignored my request. A week later I went online and asked why I didn't get a response and they said they weren't ignoring me and it was in the que. Two weeks go by so I send another email asking for a reply, they sent a short reply saying that I need to keep sending the ring back. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I got my 2ct three stone Trellis Lucerne ring last August. I love it too much, I wear it anytime, anywhere even when i sleep or bathe! I love it more than my wedding and engagement rings! Hahaha! It is soo sparkly, shiny that my husband and friends ("perfect" was my officemate's word) told me to just wear it only on occasions and when not commuting. I could not really do that so I had it redesigned instead as a pair of stud earrings (the 0.5 sidestones)and a 2T Tiffany inspired Etoile ring (the 1ct center stone). This way, I can wear my moissanites anytime, anywhere without them being too eye-catching and conspicuous.

My experience with the Moissanite Co was just excellent. Last time, I ordered Halo Engagement Ring for my sister's wedding. And, as usual, the ring reached my home safely and timely. 5 stars!

A week after I gave my wife her wedding ring, one of the small stones fell out. Luckily we were sent a prepaid label and then we sent it in and it was sent back to us three weeks later. Long story short, more and more stones kept falling out and we were the ones who had to now pay to have it shipped, insured, and fixed. The costumer service is TERRIBLE! Chris is very rude and is not very helpful. Elizabeth was nicer to work with, but the results were the same. This company does not stand behind its product. The limited one year warrantee is worthless if the stones continue to fall out.
Secondly, we have asked the company to call us so that we could describe what the issues were. To date, we have not received one phone call. What type of a company doesn't list some sort of a contact number. Shame on me for even trusting them at all.

My wife is retired and is FAR from hard on her ring. She is very cautious with it and always takes it off in demanding situations. If these rings are of such high quality, why would stones keep falling out no matter how you where them? My advice: Go to a reputable jeweler and stay away from this deceitful company.

The rings I ordered from here are of genuine quality and the lustre made it more appealing for me to purchase. I imagine how reasonable the price is and I am happy to be a client of Moissanite.

When I ordered my ring I honestly wanted to see what a 2ct would look like on my hand, and also to see what a moisonite stone looks like up close. I was then planning to return the ring. When I recieved my package today and opened it, I was truly stuned at the brilliance of the ring It honestly looked better then my 1 1/2ct real diamond ring. I then decided that there is no way that Ia m going to return this ring, but I am going to wear it and enjoy It. I will defintly be a returning customer.

I recently celebrated my 30th anniversary with my husband and I was given the chance to pick out a new piece of jewelry. I was initially drawn to diamonds, but the prices were just too high for my liking. Instead, I decided to take a look at moissanite, as I already owned a pair of moissanite stud earrings that I adored. Although I was impressed by the selection on the moissanite website, I still felt like there could have been a larger variety of styles to choose from. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that there were limited options for larger ring sizes and the sizes that were available were not returnable for a refund. Despite these challenges, I ultimately decided on a 2.35 tcw ring and I am thrilled with my choice. The ring is more beautiful than I could have imagined and the price was much more reasonable compared to what I would have paid for a similar-sized diamond. Additionally, knowing about the issues surrounding blood diamonds made me feel even better about my decision to go with moissanite.

I recently got my fiance now wife a gorgeous three stone Moissanite ring. Before purchasing it, we asked tons of questions and had immediate responses from Chris who was always honest and patient. When we recieved the ring we were blown away! The stones are white and clear even on cloudy days. They have unbelievable sparkle, fire and brilliance. In the past few weeks My wife has recieved so many coments on her ring and no one says anything but oh my god. The sparkle! My wife has a similar three stone very high quality diamond ring and after comparing the two. She really likes the exceptional fire and warmth of the enhanced mossianite better than the very expensive diamond ring! You should see how people stare and ohh and ahh at the bling on her finger. Round moissanite in a fishtail head, to which makes it look more vintage and also makes the round shape look a little larger and more cushion shaped, yet keeping the brilliant sparkle. I also ordered it with the Forever One upgrade and it just couldn't be more perfect! It's so stunning and it's my forever set for sure!
