I love your company. Order my engagement ring 8 years ago from you and now I am ordering a Forever One to replace my Classic Moissanite. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to purchasing a Moissanite. Chris helped me through the whole process and was extremely helpful.

I ordered Moissanite earrings for my girlfriend's birthday. I paid for two-day shipping, not knowing that the jewelry took a few days to be shipped. I spoke to a customer service representative and said, "I really need these by a certain date (4 days from then)." She told me that she could guarantee that they would be here but I'd have to upgrade to overnight shipping, which was $15. I did upgrade, and got the earrings the next day. My girlfriend loved them and they look great but I'm still just a little confused on why I had to upgrade shipping.

Wonderful experience buying a wedding set! I was a little apprehensive at first as it was a large overseas online purchase, but the team were amazing despite my many questions! The rings are beautiful (photos do not do it justice) and they even custom made them in platinum. Delivery was speedy and they kept in contact throughout the process. Highly professional and I would highly recommend! Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I could write wonderful reviews daily for this company! The ring is MORE beautiful than in the pictures, and the delicate attention to detail makes it so fantastic (I got a 3 carat round halo ring split shank). I can not function without this ring on my finger. Quick delivery and great at responding to emails... I could not be happier. Also, your sale section is amazing too! The ring we purchased was more beautiful in person as the cad photos lack actual elegance. Customer service was attentive and responsive. We bought our ring site unseen without ever seeing a moissanite and I would do it over again! Thank you!

My fiancee was BLOWN AWAY with how beautiful this ring was. It was exactly what she wanted and is virtually indistinguishable from diamond. If anything it has more fire and sparkle than anything but the highest quality diamond ring. Anyone who is on the fence please take the jump. These stones are incredible.

I absolutely love this ring! I get so many compliments on it! It sparkles all the time no matter the light and doesn't have a yellowish look like my previous one. I am going to be buying the matching wedding band so that they match perfectly!

Better selection of styles than currently offered on your competitor's website. Found exactly the pendant style I was looking for and was happy with the customization options (particularly chain length). Production time ran just past the long end of the estimated duration.

Found the ring of my dreams at a price that actually made sense! Ordering, delivery/shipping, and the whole experience were simple and quick. No issues at all, and fantastic communication to verify the transaction occurred without issue and when shipping was all set. I'm definitely planning for another purchase in the near future!

Two of the five stones (at least) are loose. The ring arrived like this and I've had no time to address the issue. It's unfortunate that quality control didn't pick up on this so I would have received a ring that was in perfect condition. Now I don't and I'm concerned the stones will fall out and there will be no recourse. I will think again before purchasing anything else.

Wading through all of the rings, comparing them to real photos online, and then deciding which one I wanted to wear forever has been a lot of fun and every time consuming, lol. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. I expected it to be breathtaking, and it exceeds my expectations. The rose gold is a gorgeous blend of gold and copper, and the Forever One moissanite is super brilliant. The craftsmanship is spot on. My only blip is it's about a half size too big, but that's due to my error in measuring my finger. I had spoken with two different customer reps during the creation of my ring, and both had not only helped me but did so in a very professional yet warm and caring way. I greatly appreciate that. This has been a great experience and one for the memory books. :)

Love your Instagram page; the videos are helpful and beautiful! I had a question about ring options and Elizabeth emailed a response very quickly. Once I decided on the design, Craig helped me with customization via email and kept me updated every step of the way. After a couple of weeks I received my ring and am completely obsessed with how gorgeous it is! Thanks so much!

I despise stores that do not have a guest checkout option and force one to create an account. That being said, the rest of the process was easy enough. I was also pleasantly surprised at the free shipping that was offered.
I am excited to receive my loose gemstone and incorporate it into my fiance-to-be's engagement ring. If the stone is as good as the rest of the site, I hope to be doing more business with Moissanite & Co in the future.

Great selection, great options, nothing I didn't like. If anything, too MANY rings (but in a good way). Would be nice if there was a way, other than via the Search Bar, to narrow down the types of rings you were looking for. But that works, so it's not a big deal at all, just some people might not have the intuition to do it like that.

The ring is absolutely stunning in person. Not only great product but I received great customer service as well. The estimated delivery date ended up being during a week I was going to be out of town. I emailed and asked if they could hold onto the ring for an extra few days and ship it on a specific day. The response was prompt and friendly and it shipped on the date requested, without me even having to remind them! It was great!

After looking on several Moissanite sites, this one had many more options for designing what I wanted and so many designs to choose from.

Update: Received my and it's gorgeous. Had a problem in the beginning about it looking cloudy. I wrote and email, and they advised me it must be dirty. After a little soaking, it sparkles like it did when it first arrived. Thanks for creating such a beautiful ring.

Experience online has been consistently good. I've contacted customer support for questions on multiple occasions and they've been consistently prompt and helpful. Quality of my engagement ring was stellar and we get compliments on it all the time. Will likely be shopping here again for all basic jewelry needs.

I absolutely love the ring I got for my wife. I think it is such a great competitor to diamonds. Although unfair as moissanite absolutely dominates diamonds physically, and socially. I cannot see why anyone would get a diamond knowing these are available. Great experience buying through you guys!

Thus far my shopping experience has been very positive. I have found Chris to be most helpful and well informed! His input has provided me with a variety of options within my price point as well as creative design ideas. I am looking forward to receiving my new ring.

Credit card processing error repeated times. Notified support and they referred me back to my credit card agency. There were no problems on my end so called back, again told to call credit card issuer. Eventually I convinced an agent to look into the problem, sure enough, their credit card processor changed some settings. To compensate me for the repeated problems, I was given a $50 coupon code which I felt should have been higher given the numerous times I had to report the problem and stay on top of this to get a ring ordered.

My wife and I were VERY satisfied with our purchase last year just prior to our wedding. Both of our rings were truly brilliant, especially in the outdoor light. Our only disappointment is the stone that recently came loose from the setting of my ring. When I returned my ring for repair, I was somewhat skeptical, but the repair was done quickly, professionally, and returned promptly. I have to say that Moissanite has proved themselves regarding excellent customer service after the sell. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be a return customer. Thank you!

The website was very easy to navigate and I really appreciated the 360-degree view for viewing the pieces of jewelry I had chosen. The drop-down menus were also helpful and easy to use. I received my order very quickly and was so impressed with the engagement ring I ordered that I inquired about having a wedding band designed! The quality is incredible and the Forever One stone is truly beautiful. Customer service is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company and I'm already placing my second order with them. You won't be disappointed!

Overall I have had a positive experience shopping on Moissanite Co. My only complaint would be that not all of the rings are filtered out in the 'Advanced Search' section of the site. For example, I was looking for an oval stoned ring, but many other stone shapes appeared in the search.
