Absolutely awesome! The nicest product, it got all the ladies wowing! Reading stuff from the internet I was a little hesitant, but most of negative experiences were from years ago. They are great to deal with and no problems with the product 6 mth on.

Craig and Chris are always so patient and helpful, despite my numerous questions and emails. They are a pleasure to talk to and I am a repeat customer largely due to their wonderful service, and excellent jewelry. The tennis bracelet I received is probably the most beautiful and well-made item I own and many people have commented on how lovely it is. It is very substantial and does not twist or roll when wearing it. The stones are bright and they sparkle even in low light.

5 star rating...The stone looked even better in person. It looked better than any diamond I had seen while shopping around. My wife was beyond impressed with its fire and beauty. My only issue was with the lay way system. It was a little difficult to make payments using their website, but the look on my wife's face after I had it set in her ring was worth the minor hassle.

I love the customer service and quality. It's a pleasure working with Chris. Wish the gold beads placed to keep the band from rolling around had been larger. They are tiny and really don't grip enough to keep it in place.

Every question I had was answered quickly and so far it has been a good experience now just waiting to receive the ring. The ring was great. We went shopping for wedding rings and the people working at the jewelry store could not tell it was moissanite. They were under the impression that moissanite is always colored. We did get the forever one.

The customer service was fantastic, the ring was great but unfortunately one month after ive been using my ring (not everyday) only when go out. I also takes them on and off for house chores, the middle stone of my ring fell off (i dont know where and how) just realised it was missing a stone one day. I haven't talk to u about it because ive been busy with xmas stuff and work too.

After I placed my order there was an issue with my ring. They had to remake it due to quality control issues. The ring was quickly remade and shipped overnight to me. I love my ring! I've gotten lots of compliments.

Great selection, but your website is difficult to navigate with no filters/sort options. I have visited your site many times but gave up because it took too long to try to find and compare similar products.

Shopping experience has been great thus far, only complaints that I have is; over the 7 year period of owning my rings and wearing it every day I had two repairs done for stones falling out and chipping. Now I only wear it when going out to dinner! Kind of afraid to wear it casually due to stones falling out. Please for future find a better solution with stone placement and hold.

Second purchase from Moissanite now. First was the engagement ring and second is the wedding ring. Both perfect for my wife as she doesn't like diamonds due to ethical reasons therefore this was a fantastic replacement.

I bought my ring to replace the diamond engagement ring I unfortunately lost, and I added a pair of stud earrings to match. When I opened the box and put the ring on my finger I instantly knew I made the right choice. Those bright white, radiant gems...this ring is even more beautiful than I had even imagined. The ring fits perfectly - sizing is accurate. I am beyond thrilled, and I've received so many compliments. I am absolutely loving the earrings too - they match any attire - casual, evening or professional. For anyone out there who already has a ring, definitely consider a pair of studs - for yourself or as a gift for someone special.

Great online experience! We loved being able to shop, save our selections, and compare. We took our time and examined all of the features and differences closely. When we made our selection, we were a little surprised that other than an email confirmation, there was no specific confirmation about the details, sizing, choice. It seems like with such a high dollar purchase, and being custom-made, it might be nice to have a "is this correct" email or call. But, it turned out perfect! The sizing runs a little big, so I ordered down about half-of-a-size, and it was perfect! The shine is stunning. My ring catches the light so remarkably. It only took about a day before someone commented on it. I still cannot believe I have such a beautiful diamond ring, for such an amazing price, with such durability. Awesome!

Your web site is pretty old-school, but functional. I didn't receive updates during the production phase, which lasted a few days more than I wanted. It was also not clear that I could have upgraded to Forever Brilliant, which I would have liked to.

Affordable, pretty. The finishing on the jewelry was mediocre and smaller areas on the band were pitted and uneven. The shipping process took several days longer to ship than the estimate stated. The ring box was nice, but had a made in china sticker on the bottom that could've been removed for a more premium appearance, and overall it was mediocre in minor details but still was worth the cost.

Work on the details! They matter.

Also the website could use some work, would have liked more angles for pictures.

I've bought several pieces of jewelry from here and the shopping experience is excellent, the customer service is prompt and whenever I submit a question I will usually get a response within 24 hours and I really appreciate that. The shipping time is awesome, and when you have paid for overnight shipping they make sure you receive it on-time. I am really satisfied with their products and services, and I plan on buying some more jewelry from them.

I love moissanite co! I used them for not only my wife's engagement ring but her wedding band too. And they were so flexible and so helpful. The rings arrives in a very timely manner and were amazing. Highly recommend.

There really isn't anything I would change in my process. Everything ran smoothly and came quickly. Maybe more communication as to when the ring was finished and that it was getting shipped but beyond that it was a great experience.
