I wanted to give my wife a ring that I was assured had the clarity, quality and look that she deserved. Like others, while diamonds are traditional, they have become more of a symbol of one person trying to outdo the next and "show off". We're not into that. Plus, with Moissanite, we are assured of the stone being "conflict free". The ring and stone were exactly what she wanted and loves wearing it.
The whole process from beginning to end was super smooth and we received exactly what we wanted. 5 stars all around!

The site is very well set up for people like me who like to meticulously research our purchases. The wealth of information on this site both legitimizes the company (in my mind) and helped immensely when it came to choosing size and setting. I've now received my stone and it's indistinguishable from the mined diamond in my engagement ring.

Being able to view the rings on the company's Instagram page was a great help in deciding what item to order.

She loved the earrings, but being limited to shipping via FedEx is a major pain in my area - they only deliver from 8-4 (when normal people work!) and would only let me hold the shipment at a shipping center - which is a 2 hour drive for me.

I have purchased many items from this company and have been delighted with everything. I wear my jewelry and get so many compliments! I have been completely happy dealing with anything in customer service. They are first rate, considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not deal with any other company. I stopped buying diamonds about ten years ago because of the company. I own too many pieces to mention, but all are terrific!

I ordered my ring with regular shipping, and then changed my mind a few days after. They were able to accept the additional shipping fee after the fact, change my shipping option to expedite the order and overnight my ring so I would have it in time for me to propose on vacation. Amidst the commotion, they did charge the shipping fee twice, but when I pointed it out it was refunded with a message of apology within hours. Great service and I felt like I was dealing with real people. That said, I do wish there was an option for telephone customer service, instead of just online chat.

Very good quality. Cannot tell it isn't a real diamond. My wife loves everything I have gotten her and gets complemented all the time on the size and clarity of the stone. We think its funny cause know one knows it isn't a real diamond. Thanks for everything, will be buying much more in the future.

It was easy to customize, and get an idea on how the rings would look after contacting Customer Service to verify some options. Also, my girlfriend (now-fiancee) was already a huge fan of Moissanite compared to diamonds (in price, and also how light shines more than diamonds) and she suggested this site in the first place.

I had to return my ring and switch it for a different one, and it was completely hassle free.

That being said I think they could make it a bit easier, just process wise, but they were great and supportive - I will definitely buy more from them

Overall I'm happy with my purchase. The fiancee loves the ring and the fact that I didn't shell out a ton of money on a diamond. Moissanite looks just as nice as diamond, so you don't even have to tell people it's not diamond if you don't want to. It would be nice to see real pictures of the rings before purchasing, not what appears to be stock, computer-generated photos on the product page, but ultimately I liked the end product.

The ordering process was seamless. The item shipped out within the specified time and arrived packaged appropriately. I was amazed at how beautiful the earrings were. They were of very great value and still sparkle like the day I first received them. I'm a happy customer who will be back in the future.

I asked a customer service rep opinions regarding size of stone and various settings. This was very helpful and the person listened to my preferences and seemed to answer honestly by telling me that a double prong setting would not look as nice on a smaller stone.

Good product, fair price. I did experience stones falling out of the mount (it happened three times). Albeit annoying and disappointing, they did replace the stones. I tried to contact someone by phone, but it appears all their business is conducted by e-mail.

I ordered a pendant with chain for my wife for Christmas. The only issue I had was there was no chain that came with the pendant. I contacted customer support. They responded very quickly and had the chain delivered within 2 days of the report. My wife loves her gift and wears it daily. I will continue buying Moissanite vs diamonds not just because it's more affordable. It's peace of mind knowing no one was exploited in the making of the jewelry and can support a company based in the US.
Now, my wife wants a forever ring! I know right where I'll go to get it! :)

I ordered a loose moissanite (the approximate equivalent of 0.75 carats) to be mounted in an engagement ring. The stone did carry a very slight yellow hue--which I was warned could happen with moissanite--but it is not generally noticeable in the mounting, especially with moissanite's high "fire." It arrived in a timely fashion and my new fiancee is pleased with her ring. She likes to boast that her ring was the product of a scientific discovery that answered the problem of diamonds.

I appreciate the explanation on the weights of the earrings. And putting a size beside the carrot weight is very helpful.

And thank you for how fast I received these. I was able to give these to my wife for our anniversary because of your quick turn around. She has a metal allergy and platinum is one of the few metals that don't irritate her skin. And now she's got beautiful matching earrings to her engagement ring that doesn't irritate her ears.
