The wedding was yesterday and EVERYONE raved over the ring set I purchased for my wife. I am incredibly pleased with the quality, the service, and this company as a whole! Anyone who leaves any negative feedback either has unrealistic expectations, or is completely incompetent, because my expectations were way over the top, and this company broke their back for me. International shipping was fast. Product looks as good as promised. They did additional verification when my credit card had a different billing address than my mailing address, which I think is good fraud protection.

For people that find diamond prices offensive, moissanite is the way to go. You get the beauty of a high end diamond with out the price tag. I would recommend moissanite.com to anyone shopping for an engagement ring.

More pictures would always be appreciated. Also, the search is a little clunky - combined with the bright backgrounds for the jewelry it can be hard to distinguish the difference in the types of items you are looking at.

I bounced around on about 6 different designs and the Sales Team answered all my questions. I didn't go with what I initially inquired about but I am looking forward to seeing my sale item when it arrives.

Prices are much better than any other Moissanite retailers. I actually Love my Moissanite anniversary band better than my real diamond band I received 10 years ago. The stones reflect the light more beautifully. I definitely will purchase from here again.

The ring came out really nice and she loved it. She has had dozens of compliments on it. It did take a week longer than expected, but that is ok. It came in a very nice wrapped package too. I will be shopping here again.

Return customer and I would shop here again. After owning Moissanite pieces for over 20 years with no damage eternity band purchased with house brand broke a stone after less than 2 weeks. Customer service, repair and turn around time were excellent and the quality of the look of the stones are beautiful but I do question the hardness. On the repaired item, so far so good. On an unworn returned item there was a high restocking fee but it was no surprise - my fault for not inquiring about gram weight of item before I ordered. Differing opinions on what substantial weight is. In any event - good business to deal with. Fast and professional communication and I have found them to stand by their policies as stated. I will likely purchase from them again.
