I'm not one to make purchases online but, after purchasing my wife's ring and seeing her fall in love with it I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Moissanite Co. This was a very good experience. Chris in customer service was excellent and answered all of my questions.

I received my rings for Christmas, and after a week, I LOVE them. They are very sparkly and look just like my original engagement diamond, but much larger. Thank you for your help! We will definitely go with Mossianite.co next time around as well.

My previous engagement ring (London Blue Topaz) had lost its luster, so my husband decided to surprise me with getting me the ring of my dreams! I received the most brilliant 2 ct. Round cut, infinity band engagement ring I've ever seen! I have received endless compliments on the ring as it looks more brilliant than a diamond. I didn't think this was possible, but for the price, the size of the stone, and the customer service I received (had an issue with my post office and they helped sort it out), I'm so thrilled! My husband and I absolutely adore our rings! We had customized our orders and the customer service was excellent. The online chat service was amazing. I was able to get answers for any questions I had in real time. The rings were of good quality and we have gotten so many compliments on them. We would definitely recommend this site to friends and family and will definitely purchase other jewelry from them again!

I was afraid the ring I ordered would be too big (not possible, of course) and when I received it, it was indeed a show-stopper. We call it The Chandelier as it is unbelievably sparkly and brilliant. I have several Moissanite pieces: necklace, earrings and three rings. Some are years old and still stunning and the settings are high quality. I will always choose Moissanite over diamonds.

So many options to choose from and some seemingly so very similar, it was kind of hard to choose which one. I had questions about the cuts and difference between H&A and F1 vs other cuts but it was the weekend (Sunday) and no one was available, understandably, I don't work weekend either...I went with earrings for myself and pendants for my wife and daughter. Hope they like them...

My fiancé has had her ring now for 5 months. It looks as good as the day it arrived. She continues to get many compliments on how beautiful her ring is. Was very difficult to use the reward loyalty points but received a return email within 24hrs. Total should have been $45.00 with S&H but came to $55.00 with S&H. I am sure that will be taken care of since your reputation has always been stellar.

It has been a pleasure working with Chris to locate the perfect engagement ring from the vast catalog. He has been patient, super helpful, and timely with recommendations despite countless questions. After providing Chris with a comp from a competitor, he was able to guide me through the process of creating a custom ring at a very affordable price and I could not be happier with the final product. The 2ct Forever One stone is flawless and sparkles brilliantly. The custom band and setting complement and flatter the center stone perfectly. Best of all, she loves it even more than I do. Website was very easy to use. Would be great if we could select the earring components separately. Right now it's a big list of rings in different configurations. Got a little nervous with the shipping date. The website status didn't provide a time of completion until much later in the process. If I'd known, I would've ordered earlier to ensure that production and shipping time wouldn't create arrival issues.

I have been a customer for years. I am always happy and proud of the quality of the products. The overall experience was great. One time I had to contact customer service to help me buy a new setting to my 2 k stone. It all went very smooth via email. And I got exactly what I wanted in a reasonable time. I want to thank you all and I will always be a regular customer. Highly recommended.

Really appreciate the educational information and customization options. My only suggestion for improvement would be to show more photos of how different sizes and shapes of stones look on a person. I appreciated the updates as my order proceeded through being made to order! I could not have been happier with my purchase. I appreciated that customer service was able to help me find and order the matching band to my ring that was no longer listed on the website. The price did go up, but that's always a risk of not purchasing it up front. It came on time and is beautiful!

This ring is beautiful. It came pretty quickly (in the timeframe they predicted) and looked just as good as the pictures. It also fits accurately to the size. It was exactly as expected. If I ever need anything else that this company offers, I will use them in a second.

I purchased the two carat forever one solitaire in the Tiffany setting and I couldn't be happier. The quality far suppresses that of a real diamond, with zero guilt about supporting the industry. Not to mention the ring I'm wearing would be something I could never afford to own. I've had it for several months and I still catch myself staring at it in the sunlight. After browsing multiple moissanite sites, I found this one to have the best quality and prices. I will definitely be planning an upgrade for our five year.

I love my ring! I have 3 carat forever brilliant wedding set. When I first open the box I didn't know what to think, I thought it was cloudy. So I got my jewelry cloth and shined my ring up and oh my goodness! Whoa does this thing BLING. I can not wait to get something else. And communications were on point. Although you don't talk to them by phone, they are very prompt with emailing, and I found the online chat box to be very helpful as well. Go ahead get you some bling too. You will not be disappointed.
