The moissanite co com team are always helpful, the shipping is very fast and isn't also expensive.
I also love that you get reward points which you can you use to lower the shopping price. I trust this company lucky for me I did not have any problems with the quality of the jewelry. The settings are really secure.

It was very easy to place my order. Also, Chris from email support and Elizabeth from chat were both very helpful in assisting me with ordering what I needed.

I added notes that this was a gift and to please ship it in an inconspicuous package. They did follow my request, and my girlfriend had no idea what it was.

I am writing this review over one year from date of purchase to give an accurate review of not only ordering the ring but also having my wife wear it for over a year now. In short, the ring is gorgeous and has held up wonderfully to all the travel and wear it has been thorough. I have recommended Moissanite.Co to several of my friends for both gifts and engagements.

Not bad, still worried about seeing the final product. Didn't like there was not customer service phone number to cal for reassurance. Ring seemed good, only time will tell, as I have heard about hues changing in the stones, will continue to monitor, But my fiancee loves it so far. But my notes and simple requests I made to sure to explain at length were not addressed until I messaged after getting the product and the timeline was too close for comfort of my event, but they did correct it in time.

The ring is absolutely beautiful. I was very nervous at first since I didn't get to see it in person before buying it, but all those worries went away once it arrived. It is very well made and looks like a real diamond. Everyone I show it to thinks it is "real". I highly recommend this company!

Great Customer service! I Missed the delivery of my wife's wedding band 2 days before our wedding and they didn't hesitate to do everything in their power for me to be able to pick it up from UPS down to calling my UPS location and dealing with them on the situation. I was able to pick it up later that same evening!

They always make shopping so easy and I have purchased a lot of Moissanite and this site truly does have competitive pricing on the jewelry and loose stones. I love the brilliance of the Canary yellow cushion cut stone and when I received it, it was everything I was hoping for! But despite proper care measures the stone has turned color from yellow to dirty white and it is embarrassing and disappointing. I would have appreciated if they would have been willing to replace it because unfortunately I did not receive what I purchased. If I knew the color was going to drastically fade in a few months I clearly would have made a different decision regarding my purchase.

Chris was very helpful in answering questions and putting together what I wanted. The only negative feedback I have is that there is no phone number and the email conversations sometimes took a more than desirable amount of time. Despite that, I am Very happy with the process and ring but more importantly, she loves the ring.

My husband purchased a solitaire moissanite ring with a matching band for me to celebrate the birth of my daughter. I told him that I wanted a ring that I could wear everyday and not have to worry about getting it dirty or scratched. I've had it for 3 months now, and it still looks brand new!

We were a little worried about purchasing this kind of item online, especially since we don't know anyone with a moissanite stone and didn't really know what to expect. Other than deciding which style to choose, every step of our purchase was MoissaniteCo was straightforward and simple. Our item was ready in the timeframe given, shipped quickly, and we have had no problems with it. The quality of the stone and setting is excellent. I wish I could say a little more, but to be honest I don't own much jewelry like this so have little to compare it to. Very beautiful ring but the FB that was received showed a strong yellowish tinge despite the upgrade. It is a beautiful gem nonetheless,and I thank moissanite Co for the speedy delivery. However size wise it was at least 3 sizes too big despite using an online size converter. However it was quickly fixed by a local trusted jeweler. Love it, highly recommended and looking forward to more purchases in the future!

Easy shopping, fast checkout. Update: Now that I received my princess cut stud earrings and tennis bracelet I have to say I'm crazy in love with them! They are perfect and the stones are gorgeous. They're real sparklers and this is coming from someone who can spot a CZ a mile away. I compare them side by side with my own 1 ct diamond and they sparkle at all angles just like a diamond. I got the Forever One earrings they're similar to about.75 carat diamond. Perfect size for everyday. The tennis bracelet is Moissanite Co and is gorgeous. I contacted the company directly to have an engagement ring custom made. As a wedding photographer I see so many rings in a year that I was having a very hard time finding anything that was unique and more so something only I had locally. My most recent purchase was a forever one hearts and arrows ring. I really love it. The forever one stone is so white with no hint of green or yellow yet it has awesome brilliance and fire. I know I will be back to purchase more in the future.
