We loved the engagement ring and can't wait to get the matching band!
We now have both for our ceremony (this Friday!) and could not be any happier! Amazing products, fantastic customer service. The best experience I could ask for. I have SO MANY people comment on her ring.

After watching many reviews and going through endless threads, we opted for a 1.5 cr. Forever Brilliant Moissanite stone. My wife is very happy, but for me, the stone left much to be desired.

Light doesn't seem to flow through mine as it does others, the sparkle is minimal and underwhelming at best. While the clarity is Flawless, the cut grade was terrible, and unfortunately the latter is what gives a stone its sparkle. The wife is left with a large stone that doesn't attract any attention, which she doesn't mind too much.

We stuck with it as we had very little time to mount it on a custom designed solitaire.
I wont ask for a replacement, but depending on the response I get from Moissanite, I'll decide if its worth it to buy more in the future.

I originally contacted m.com to see an example of a particular ring. The customer service representative actually sent me dozens of photos of the ring molds from the factory. Very helpful.

The wedding band I chose is sturdy and beautiful; the stones look no different than the real diamonds on my engagement ring, but I can feel a lot better about wearing guaranteed conflict-free gems!

I can't believe I didn't come here first - there are people selling these Moissanite earrings online, but you can't trust the quality - then I found this site. Why not go to the source - the prices are better, more settings choices!

I enjoyed searching for the perfect ring on the Moissanite Co. Site. I especially like the 360 degree views! Chris was very helpful and answered many questions for me. I recently wore the ring to visit a jewelry store where I was having a different ring sized. The owner could hardly take his eyes off my ring and commented, "Very sparkly!"

I am very satisfied with my shopping experience. My wife loves the ring! I reached out several times with questions. Craig and Elizabeth with customer service were excellent! Without a showroom to visit, though, it would be helpful if pictures of different stone sizes/shapes were available on the website when customizing a ring.

The ring is beautiful. There is no doubt about that. However, in certain lights the stone is yellow and buttery. Also the finish on the white gold isn't smooth around the side stone setting. The company were great to deal with however the ring was bought well before the proposal so returning it wasn't an option. Regardless would definitely recommend purchasing from this site. Customer service were very helpful and ring arrived quickly to France.

I love my rings. More beautiful than my moms diamonds. We got the engagement ring 5 years ago and I used a family ring for the we'd band. But the more I thought I knew I needed the match! Hello, my shopping experience was good so far. I would like to make one suggestion: It would be a good idea to include more actual photos/videos of the gems you sell on the website in order to get a better idea (especially for the colored gemstones)

I absolutely love everything about my ring except for the actual moissanite stones themselves. In the light they shine like real diamonds. When not so light, they have a yellow tint to them. I get a lot of compliments on my ring though.

I had this ring for about 2 weeks before one of the stones fell out from the side. We did not notice it fell out until my sister in law pointed it out. I guess the stones are supposed to fall out easily? I don't know how my wife is supposed to wear this ring out doors when there is a constant fear that the stones are going to go missing at any time.

After speaking with customer service and a sales rep, I was able to purchase a replacement engagement ring for my wife that turned out a fair bit cheaper than the listed price online. Thank you for helping me and my wallet out!

Also a big shoutout to the packaging department for their consideration on the invoice. Import laws here are 27% the package value, so yea, you guys saved me big time.
