This is probably my 5th or 6th purchase from MoissaniteCo and this time it was a custom order. I love each piece I have purchased from this company and the prices can't be beat for such beautiful, well made jewelry!

The ring we received lost a stone within a couple months. I contacted MoissaniteCo and they had me ship it back for repairs (it was still under the 3-month warranty). Since then no issues! Ring is beautiful and lasting well.

I am extremely pleased with the ring I purchased. The stone is gorgeous! The only reason I did not give 4 stars was that not all of your rings have the 360* video feature which shows the ring from all sides and on a hand. Other than that, great website!

Website was fairly easy to navigate. Each ring usually featured many images and a 360 view which helped see overall ring size. This helped me figure out which rings to ask questions about. The support staff responded quickly to my emailed questions about various rings. Overall happy with my experience.

My ring lost two side stones at about the one year mark. Received my repaired ring within an appropriate amount of time. The ring came back looking great. The total cost of the repair was about $45. I don't worry about any future repairs because they take care of customers.

Ive loved and sold jewelry for 30 years and when i first discovered moissanite i couldnt believe how beautiful, when the stone moissanite first came out it had a weird tint to it, i cant explain it? Now they have perfected the stone and to me in order to get the quality in a genuine diamond as you do with moissanite it would cost a fortune.

The ring is absolutely beautiful, my fiance loved it and all her friends are jealous. I'm so glad i did my research before spending on a diamond. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. The order took a while to get shipped, but I think that's normal because the jewelry are made to order. My earrings came in a cute little box, and the stones were sparkly (even my Mom said so!). I'm very satisfied with my order and would definitely order again.

The ring was delivered very quickly as expected but it had to be adjusted. The return service is very fast and the ring was adjusted to the right size.

The only real issue I had was minor but, I also purchased the box for the ring and I'm surprised that didn't come with the ring itself. Plus it was not hinged but rather just a top and bottom of a box which was an odd design in my opinion. Other than that though, the ring was beautiful and exactly what she wanted!

I ordered my wedding ring (band) from MoissaniteCo.com and am thoroughly pleased with it. It arrived early and was in perfect condition. When I was on my honeymoon (being new to wearing a wedding ring) I got tons of sunscreen inside all of the settings. I had it thoroughly cleaned and it looks brand new. This is a very high quality ring with top notch materials and skilled craftsmanship. I'm very happy that I chose to get my ring from here with all of the options out there.

Great! Super happy with how my ring turned out! 7.5mm cushion is the perfect size. Very sparkly and great quality. The band thickness was thinner than what I imagined it would be. I do wish they have more photos and videos of the ring on a woman's hand for size reference, not just the close up of the ring on a portion of the finger. But other than that no complaints!

We could not be Happier. It did take little longer than they said to ship but I think part of it was I was anxious to get the ring. I ordered a more antique setting and it came out beautiful. She is constantly smiling it and moving it in the light. The 'sparkle' is crazy and creates little stars when we are in the car from oncoming headlights all over the ceiling. It was a lot of money and I was worried ordering, but everything was great!

Chris went above and beyond with delivery, he even deducted the overnight delivery charge when my ring took longer to make. My ring is gorgeous, even more beautiful than the video shows.
