I love Moissanite. I have made a few purchases in the past, and they have always met or exceeded my expectations. I wear my wedding set "ALL" the time. I receive many compliments on them each and every time I go out. Outstanding Sparkle and Shine...Fabulous Designs...Great Prices...I'm a customer for life.

I have worked with Chris for years, he has helped me design (4) custom rings and (1) custom set of earrings. Chris is professional, responsive and extremely reliable, his eye for detail is impeccable. I am very happy with all of my custom jewelry from Moissanite Co.

Very reasonable prices for loose stones. The pad sapphire turned out to be a bit too orange rather than the reddish-pinkish-orange that I was looking for, but returning it was easy enough (no re-stocking fee for loose stones but you do need to pay for return shipping).

Purchased an engagement ring, it arrived extremely quickly, the only hold up was with New Zealand Customs as they held it for import tax. The ring arrived and was absolutely flawless as well as perfectly sized I could not be happier with the purchase and would not hesitate to buy here again.

Craig was helpful in ensuring that the earrings were correct as ordered once we discovered a different set of stones were used. He also was able to get a thicker post added to the earrings as I am on the phone a good amount of time at work. They are beautiful earrings.

I will admit I was slightly nervous about ordering my wedding set from a website without seeing the rings in person first. However, I am completely happy with my rings. I LOVE them. They are so beautiful and look even more amazing in person.

Also, I did contact costumer service because I needed a different size and they were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

Chris was amazing! He answered all my questions almost immediately! My ring is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen! I got my wedding band too and it looks great! I will be buying the band for him as well. I will also buy another band to go on the other side and some earings! This has been the greatest online purchase of my life!

So many choices, I was able to build what I wanted. So anxious to see it in person! I was unhappy with the ring, the metal was way to frail looking for the size of the stones. I tried several times to explain what I wanted but the only way to communicate with is by email and chat, which several of my emails were not answered, the string of emails were disjointed so you could follow them in order. It seems like we are getting closer to an answer but the process has been a cumbersome long and aggravating.

It's been very pleasant experience to shop at Moissaniteco. Online chats have been so helpful, and emails from sales team have ben very helpful as well. They were very knowledgeable, and quick to answer my questions. I ordered the engagement ring and wedding band this time, but would love to get some earrings next time. Will recommend to friends and family.

We purchased my wedding band after I purchased my engagement ring. I spoke with customer service to make sure it would match. They sent pictures in a timely manor to make sure I approved and they were very easy to work with. I received the band and everything lined up great. This was our second purchase and it was just as good as the first. Thank you.

One thing that has made a total difference in my shopping experience here is your Instagram account. I have LOVED seeing little videos of the rings to really get an idea of what these pieces look like in real life.

Gorgeous! My husband bought me the WED662 with a 1.5 CT center stone and it is amazing. I love it. I did lose a stone from the wedding band, but I'm sure that it was a result of my getting a prong snagged. I shipped it back for repair, expecting to pay for the service, but it was repaired and returned to me at no cost within a week. I live in Cold Lake, Alberta, and this kind of service is unheard of! I am very pleased with the rings, and look forward to my next purchase, (my husband has my wish list)

Ok, i got my ring and its looks exactly like was on website. I like this ring very much, but center stone was loose. Start shake after 2 weeks.
But i am happy with my ring!

I am really impressed with the gem I received. It is sparkly and very clear. If you are looking for a very white stone, this one is not for you, it does have a greenish/yellowish tint, even more so than I was expecting (especially in my car and in the lighting at the jewelers where I had it set). Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Love the great selection of ring designs. It took a long time to pick one of the beautiful rings, but Love the one I ordered. In fact, I really like the arrangement of the web site, and how I can play with configurations of rings, stone size, stone type... it is so much fun to make a purchase. Totally enjoyable experience!
