Everything was perfect except that my center moissanite stone came noticeably crooked in the setting. I ended up getting it re set by a local jeweler for a fee. I absolutely love my ring and everything else about my experience was great.

I found a ring that was almost what I wanted. A few email exchanges with customer support changed that to the perfect choice. So far, excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. The ring arrived sooner than expected & it is far better than the pictures. Purchased stud earrings threaded backs for prior studs purchased. Left back fell off. I had Loyalty Reward points to apply, but could not because considered 'replacement'. The threaded back should not have fallen off!

We were pleased to receive the ring ahead of the estimated delivery date, and that we had to pay no tax and other added expenses due to it being an international shipment. We had ordered my engagement ring about a year ago, but did not purchase the matching band at the time. I wanted to look for something different, but ended up not finding anything I liked. Could not find anything that really compared with your products. While your pricing was truly exceptional, it wasn't the price that made us decide to buy from you. It was the quality of the product you provide.

Everyone I talked to or emailed were very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a timely manor, but the product I received was not at all anything like the picture and video. I was completely disappointed. The center stone was very yellow in color and looked nothing like what I thought I was purchasing. I was so upset. I had waited several weeks for this ring to get to me.
