Once I made a decision, I bought a ring that was a little too big for my liking once I received it and was able to inspect it in person. The moissanite ring was excellent quality at a reasonable price. The only problem was the New Zealand import authorities, the ring was greater than a minimum amount and was therefore subject to Goods@ Services tax. This increased the cost of the ring by 15 % and the process was very bureaucratic. I also believe that I could have avoided this tax by having it delivered to a UK address.

Great shopping experience and the stone is absolutely gorgeous; I would buy from this store again in the future for my fine jewelry needs :). One question is regarding the code on the stone itself vs the certification paperwork. We could not find a match for the code on the stone and the cert papers. I would like to understand what I am missing.

Everything has been quick and easy. The stone came nicely packaged in a display case. It was very nice looking, clear, and well cut. My jeweller couldn't tell that it wasn't real diamond until I told him.

This was my first time purchasing Moissanite jewelry and I must say I was very impressed. I cannot tell the difference between the Forever One ring and a diamond ring, but I can definitely tell the difference in price. Also the service and shipping were great. There is no logical reason to go back to diamond.

The quality of the ring I received is excellent. The stones have a beautiful brilliance and clarity and the workmanship of the setting demonstrates a superb attention to detail Customer service was very helpful in assisting me throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company to others, and in fact, I have already done so.

I am so pleased with my choice to purchase a Moissanite wedding set over other gem options. The stones are gorgeous, particularly in low, fluorescent, LED and direct sunlight. It is not, however, as brilliant in overcast/cloudy light. The physical durability of the stones and metal (palladium) is exceptional; I don't abuse my set, but I definitely put it through the rigors of every day life. My only concerns about the rings are that a few gems are not that brilliant except for under very specific lighting and upon closer inspection look to have a circular rather than faceted pattern.
A few things I'd do differently: use MoissaniteCo's ring sizer. I purchased one separately and ordered my size based on that, it was slightly too large. Lastly, I'd order a larger center stone. It's personal preference, but that's my (and my husband's) biggest regret.
