Chris was helpful in designing my custom ring. It was difficult getting an accurate delivery date estimate from anyone. When I got the ring, I noticed that they used smaller, and more, side stones/diamonds on the band than what we had discussed (I provided an exact image of the band I wanted recreated) which definitely dulls the sparkle of the ring. I would have returned it and had it made properly had my fiancé not have removed the security tag. In addition, the center stone is a lot more yellow than I thought it would be for a forever brilliant, which leads me to believe that they may have given me a forever classic. The center stone is also very loose. If I tap on it or shake my hand, I can hear the diamond moving.

I've had the ring about a month now and it's still beautiful. My ring took the longest time frame to receive and I was anxious to get it. I paid the additional $25 for overnight delivery and it shipped 2 weeks later on a Friday which had me wait until Monday to be delivered. I was slightly worried about the ring sitting in a facility over the weekend instead of being delivered next day.
