I ordered a three stone engagement ring. I talked to a jeweler before I bought this ring. It has been 6 months and the ring is still very gorgeous. I'm very happy with my purchase. My jeweler told me that it's almost identical to a real diamond and they sometimes can't tell them apart.

Overall experience was smooth and easy without hiccups, delays, or unnecessary complications.

When the ring arrived I was blown away, it looks even better in person. The 1CT size was perfect paired with the setting I chose. She loved it and said YES!

Help desk are always very helpful. When I email Moissanite, I always get my replay back very fast. Their selection of rings are amazing.
I sent my ring in to get a new head in it as the middle rock fell out. When I received my ring back the center stone was crooked. Very disappointed.

I had to exchange my necklace for one that a longer, wider chain. I was initially skeptical about the exchange process because I didn't directly speak with anyone. But the return instructions were clear and the process was very easy.

I like that you use FedEx because I was able to route delivery to a store right down the street. I didn't need to be hone to sign for the package.

Love moissaniteco products beautiful and well made! That being said customer service never responded to my emails when I asked for an order update because the ring said 7-10 business days and it had been 12 business days finally got ahold of a chat rep and was told the jewelers had been gone due to the holidays I understand that but the company should communicate that to their customers. Also I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to get to me once shipped.

A year and a half in to my initial purchase at moissanite co for my fiance, her ring has held up wonderfully and has proven to be quite durable. I happily have returned to buy her wedding band for our upcoming wedding.

I purchased my wife's wedding set here in 2014. She couldn't have been more pleased. We came back in 2015 to purchase my wedding ring. We get so many comments. Our friends think the stones in our rings are the most beautiful "diamonds" they have ever seen.

Customer service is great as is the product. I wish the website had better pictures of your products(like your Instagram) does. I really believe I would buy more if I could see how the settings actually look!

Get detailed images of the products and the 360 degree views are really useful get a thorough idea of the appearance of the item. When my ring arrived it was even better than how it looked online. The processing and delivery time was really good, I got my order before the estimated delivery time.

Easy to order and when I had questions I had a very nice experience with customer service. My ring arrived within the appropriate time frame and is beautiful. The band was thinner than I expected, hard to tell those things online, but it still looks great. It's slightly loose whereas all my other rings of the same size fit perfect so I'm not sure if its the larger center stone that pulls it to the side or if it was made just a tad over the size I ordered. I waited so long to be able to buy it though so I didn't want to send it back for resizing. I put a sizer on it for now and that's working. It is definitely gorgeous and sparkles like nothing else! I'm a moissanite girl for life now!

Their order department contacted me when they felt the rings would not "match up" since I ordered the solitaire and band separately. They helped me choose ones that would. I'm very satisfied with the look of the rings and the level of customer service!

Very simple and straightforward. The first ring delivered was flawed and had to be returned. The return process took several weeks and this forced me to cancel the plans I had made to propose. I did get the replacement ring and it was in perfect condition, so I just wish that in this case the company would have done more to get me a replacement ring faster, or compensate me for the inconvenience.

My first wedding set was from MoissaniteCo about 4 years ago and I was ready to upgrade. The stone still looks as beautiful as it did 4 years ago I just wanted a new setting. The new one is amazing! I am in love with my rings!
