I bought both my wife's engagement ring and both our wedding bands from moissaniteCo.com and we both couldn't be happier with the quality of the rings. In a market where it is very hard to know whether or not you are purchasing a conflict diamond, moissanite is an amazing choice. We have already referred friends and family who are in the process of purchasing rings themselves. Keep up the amazing work.

This was my first experience with moissanite itself and with moissanite.com. Being as we were purchasing my engagement ring, there was a lot of pressure. I read a lot of reviews and felt confident, but naturally was still a bit nervous. Looking back there was no need to be! The selection was wonderful, the customer service reps I spoke with were very helpful and responsive, the delivery time was faster than expected and most importantly my ring is GORGEOUS! I went with the Forever One and couldn't be happier. It sparkles and shines and makes me smile everyday. I've stopped counting the compliments I've gotten on my "diamond". Even my friend who's ring is almost identical to mine was upset because she couldn't tell the difference between mine and her $13k ring. If you're thinking about moissanite, stop thinking and do it! You'll get your ring and never look back.unless its to order again like I'm about to do with my wedding band!

I had a halo ring design in mind that was not on the website, and I was very pleased that you were able to create it for me. It is absolutely stunning and is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen! I have a comparable diamond on my wedding hand (that cost $12,000) and you can't tell the difference between it and the moissanite. The website is fairly easy to navigate, we found the ring we liked and it was easy to order it.

The ring itself is beautiful and just as we thought it would be. Look for youtube videos with your ring if you really want to get a feel for what it looks like.

I waited a while to review my ring because I wanted to be completely sure. I have had my ring almost a year and I love it! It sparkles more than my diamond ring. It gets so many compliments too. I am pleased beyond words.

When I received the package, even though the ring itself was well packaged, the decorative bag it was in was kind of just in the box without anything stopping it from bouncing around. I couldn't imagine it getting damaged but it was a little worrisome to feel the box rattling as much as it was.

Even a little packing paper would have gone a long way.

Am a bit upset that we have to pay $95 to get the ring fixed when the stone was chipped. I feel that the C&C lifetime warranty should cover the chipping to the stone, and any repairs needed for a stone replacement.

It seems q bit peculiar that the item is sold as a whole, but when one portion breaks outside its expected lifespan, then the customer has to pay for the repairs for the rest of the product.

We were very nervous about ordering moissanite online but we knew we didn't want a diamond. I had questions about the stone I picked out, and when I emailed customer service I got a response from a real person right away which made me feel much better about going with moissaniteco. We got a half carat stone. It was packaged securely and it arrived right away, within something like 3 days of when we ordered it. It's perfect. I went with one of the new colorless hearts and arrows ones, it was more expensive but totally worth it.The stone is absolutely beautiful. Everyone thought it was a diamond before I told them it was actually moissanite. It's on my finger right now and I love it! I would definitely recommend this company, and in fact I have recommended it to my own family and friends.

Shopping is very easy here and there are many choices, so many it was hard to narrow down my choice! I will update once I receive my ring.
Update- My ring is beautiful! I wear it every day and it sparkles so prettily I can't stop staring at it!

The shopping experience was good. Chris was very patient and answered all of my questions. I was so excited to get my ring! When I opened the box the ring was beautiful, however the setting did not have the double prongs like stated in the picture. That was one of the reasons I chose this ring. I contacted customer service and they said I would need to send the ring back and they would replace it. After waiting so long to get the first ring, I did not want to go through that process again. So just kept the ring as it was. So while the ring was beautiful. There was not much attention to the details.

I ordered a custom designed ring from MoissaniteCo and the experience was excellent! The price was just right, the custom design process was easy, and the ring was beautiful! The only issue is that in the digital renderings that the designers sent me the metal around the setting looked much thicker than it did in the final product, which meant that the ring's proportions were a different from what I had been expecting. All in all, the whole experience was great with the exception of slightly misleading 3D renderings!

The ring was fabulous. I surprised my girlfriend with it and she was blown away. She gets lots of stares and compliments from coworkers and strangers. Production was as scheduled and it shipped overnight just as I requested.

I had my diamond reset in white gold a few years ago. I had kept the yellow setting and decided to replace the stone with Moissanite. I am extremely happy with the result, the Moissanite stone is beautiful. I will definitely purchase Moissanite again without hesitation.

I've purchased two rings from this company. The first was perfect. The second, my wedding ring, took longer than expected to make, then arrived the wrong size (only two weeks before my wedding day). I was passed off from customer service. I really hope this can get fixed before I get married... Very dissappointed.

MoissaniteCo Website shopping is great. I had no problems selecting the ring I wanted for my wife. I chatted with several knowledgeable employees who help me with future purchases such a the eternity ring which my wife and I will purchase at a later date.

I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Mojssanite Co. The one time I did not like the ring as much as I thought I would (the centre stone was too big) the return process was handled quickly and professionally by their customer service.

All of the jewelry I have purchased (earrings and rings) were very well made. The stones were very well cut and high quality with no green tint. My most recent purchase was a hearts and arrows forever one ring and it is absolutely beautiful. I really LOVE forever one.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mojssanite Co to anyone. They provide a fabulous product and great customer service.

The customer service reply fast. The ring is not that perfect but the stone is very beautiful. The website is not very user friendly. If you have more advanced search selection, it will be much better.
