The overall ring is great. I loved the center stone. My only issue is one of the side stones seems to be set lower than the others and it is noticeable. I have not have a chance to send the ring back or call to get my concern addressed. A small concern but it is a concern.

Overall, I must say that I had a good experience with MoissaniteCo.com. The item came in a simple but lovely box and arrived in a timely manner. I was able to contact customer service and customize certain aspects of the ring without a problem.

I love how the website was very easy to browse and look at things as I please (over and over again!) as my future husband and I picked out the perfect ring. I felt the pricing was very fair. We ended up getting the one that was at the high end of the budget, because at the end of the day, this is a ring that I will have for the rest of my life and I wanted a ring I would be proud to wear and a ring that would mean so much to me every time I look at it. The only reason I gave 3 stars on delivery time as opposed to 5 stars was because I wanted it yesterday, not in 2 weeks! But in the end it was totally worth it. I purchased this moissanite and rose gold custom necklace for my sister's birthday and she loved it! The rose gold matches her engagement and wedding band perfectly. The necklace was supposed to get to her a bit later than her birthday because the rose gold had to be done custom, but MoissaniteCo was able to get it to her earlier than expected. Good customer service and had no issues at all. I would purchase fro them again.

Great online system! It makes it easy to find what you want and I love the reward points too. When I received the ring it was stunning! I purchased a 8.5mm cushion cut FB solitaire set in a split shank. It sparkles beautifully and I can't stop staring at it. I receive regular compliments from friends and strangers. I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't look white since it is a FB, but I really wanted a cushion cut and they don't seem to have a variety of Forever One cuts. But it looks white. No regrets on this purchase!

I shopped around on many sites with moissanite and the reviews were definitely mixed. I finally chose moissaniteco.com and it was a great choice. There were no issues with the payment, the delivery happened as expected, and everything was perfect when my wife opened the box. She was delighted!

Need great visual capability on the website. Lots of good information but at the end of the day I'd like to be able to see more angles and images of each stone and ring style. This would make the selection process easier. Anything to make the selection process easier for someone on the website would be helpful. Probably more images, video or capability to show off the ring styles.

One other thing that would help is perspective on size. How the ring will look on someones finger. This will help determine if the width of the ring is to large or small. Personal preferences are hard to tease out under the current options on the site.

Finally, the ring sizing should be more robust. A size print out is ok. I used it and my ring is just a little loose. I think some language or suggestions to go with the sizing guide could be helpful. Just basic information presented in a straight forward advice style would be helpful throughout the selection process.
