My wife loves her rings. I'm not sure if I remember the timeline quite right but your company was willing to do a matching band for the engagement ring I bought, and back when I purchased the engagement ring it was with a different company. I was impressed you still were able to do a matching band with new ownership. I think only one stone has fallen out since I bought it, and it was easily repaired.

I'm a big fan of this company, and not just because they're environmentally-friendly and ethical! This will be my second purchase and I expect this ring will be just as gorgeous and well-made as the first one:-)

The jewelry that I purchased was exactly as beautiful as I expected. I am a picky jewelry shopper and the selection of settings, the quality of the stones, and especially the price were unbelievable! This was a great online shopping experience and I am thinking I already know where I am buying my wife's anniversary presents!

When it is difficult to impossible to get a person on the phone for customer service- customers assume the worst. When you finally do get someone on the phone and they are rude, short of words, and monosyllabic in their response- customers get really frustrated. Finally when the live person tells you to go on the website and initiate a chat to resolve the issue or get a question answered- well that's when you know that your customer service model is broken, and you have at least one dumbass working for you.

Fantastic service, all questions we had were answered quickly and professionally to help us make our decision. The engagement ring I bought is amazing,my fiancé gets compliments on it all the time. We are currently liaising with Moissaniteco to get a wedding band made to complement the engagement ring.

I am so glad I was able to customize my dream anniversary ring with moissaniteco and feel confident ordering jewelry from them again and again! I feel confident wearing conflict-free diamond alternatives that are even more sparkly! And Craig and Chris were patient angels with all of my many, many emails.

I found the process fairly easy. I do love the Wedding set I got. I do wish I could have viewed the shape of the stone with the with the set but it truly is beautiful and almost daily at least one person will tell me how beautiful my rings are. I have had my set a couple of months now and I still find myself looking at my hand and feeling so happy I made this purchase. It is certainly worth the money I spent. I have no regrets.

We received the ring set and loved it. However, the ring set is too big and we have to return them for resizing. We contacted the customer service and his reply was it was our error and as a courtesy we are only paying $25 per ring for resizing. First of all, it's not our error. We have had a diamond ring of the same size we placed an order with you but for some reason your rings came too big. We have a tag on the wedding ring still and don't understand why this can not be subject as a free return and order a small size of ring when we are returning within 30 days of your shipment. The tag on the engagement ring is off so we understand it can't be returned. Overall, the customer service is poor and I won't recommend anyone shopping with you guys.

I just purchased my bride-to-be's wedding set! Moissanite Co. Was the only moissanite retailer carrying the perfect setting and bridal set I was looking for - without going through the hassle of customizing. I found the website to be very manageable. The 360 degree views of each ring was a game changer!

Overall a good experience, expect to receive the item as indicated by approximate delivery time. The ring itself with the stone is very beautiful and looks very delicate due to the thin band (knew it would be and thats what was wanted). Just to nitpick, the symmetry wasn't perfect where the band connects to the halo but I only noticed because I notice specific details. Didn't need to contact customer service because it was just a minor detail. Overall happy with the experience.

I ordered my set and I decided I want a different size of stone, sent it back and the process went smoothly! Even on my first order - CHRIS, is exceptional! Chris helped me from the moment I was trying to purchase my items. I bought a bridal set rings, necklace and earrings. They are all gorgeous! When I recieved my ring and necklace back, and it came in a with a really nice white bow on it. :)

I have been stalking the ENR 139 F1 for a long time and finally pulled the trigger on ordering this beauty. Can't wait to receive it in the mail! Ordering was super quick and easy. Just wish the chat was available on the weekends for questions.

Pretty straight forward. I used the Moissanite and Co instagram account to reference the rings. After I received the rings, they were each slightly too big. I exchanged them for smaller sizes. It cost an additional $50 to resize and $10 to ship back to me.

I'm a fan and so I'm excited for my first purchase! I received it much quicker than expected, brought it to my jeweler for setting into my engagement ring and actually am set to pick it up this week. Pictures to follow if that's allowed, lol!

Everything is great. Except I ordered my now wife's ring size as 6.5, and it was created as size 6.75

She's almost Lost her ring several times and it's upsetting to think that she could and that it wasn't exactly what I asked and paid for

I was happy with the customer services and the timely manner people got back to me. I'm not very happy with the quality of the Amora stone, considering it was supposed to have a special coating...the coating just makes it looks worse as it scrapes off.

I am absolutely impressed with my rings! I love the quality of the stones and the settings. I was a little upset that one of my baguettes came loose and I am a little worried about the other stones. However, the one that came loose was replaced within a week of sending it back.

I am so happy with the ring and earrings I ordered and well worth the wait! They are more beautiful than I expected and I have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and sparkly they are. I wear them every day and they have stood up extremely well to every day wear. I will be a happy returning customer.

She loved her engagement ring (eng165) and wanted a band to match. We decided on small band with channel set stones. Customer service helped us choose the right size. It is gorgeous and my wife loves it. She receives compliments all the time.

I was very impressed that the ring showed up as soon as it did, and the amazing condition that it arrived in.
