I purchased what this web site advertised as a "Mini Automatic Compression Vacuum Sealer x1" (compressed bag 70*100cm). What I got was one 70x100cm vacuum storage bag. NOTHING automatic about it. A storage bag like this usually sells for one dollar. I thought I was getting a bag and a compression device... something I could take on a trip to compress my clothes with in the bag to take up less room. I was a fool and paid the $6.80 for the item and $7.99 for (express) shipping... it still took 2 months to get it. When I sent an email stating my disappointment and requesting a refund as there is nothing automatic about it. They offered me a 10% refund to help offset the postage costs to send back the item. They would not give me a refund for the item or for shipping. My credit card also refused the dispute because it was more than 45 days that had past since doing the transaction. From that day on I research the vendors before making any purchase.
