My name is Eloise. Applied for a small loan, under $1,000. Application gives the impression that credit rating is not a determinate in the approval process. I saw no posted minimum requirements, prior to, or after submitting my loan application. I was denied the loan. Why? I believe that the offering is intended to disceive.
Komal, the representative that I spoke to far exceeded any expectation that I may have had as it relates to receiving good customer service. She was extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She allowed me to ask any question that I may have had and was patient in explaining how the process works. She is excellent at her job and represents the company in a manner that reflects the highest level of quality!

I have been using moneykey for a few months and I find them to be very compassionate considering all the things that could happen with loans in this crazy world today. They are calm, cool and collected when I had to make any changes on the loan itself. They were very quick in re-establishing our business together after I had to pay some of it back a little slower. But then when it was all paid off I was able to get back to my schedule of actually making payments to my dentist, which is the reason I'm using this service... to pay my dentist because his bill is due way, way before my payday comes and moneykey has stood right by me and reached out and they are the best money loan company I have ever used ever and I suggest anyone who really has the ability to pay the loan back and work with them financially should take a look, but only if you need it to pay bills early.
