Overseas trying to deal with your payday! These people are no help and always automated answers! My work gave me the card and they took $500 of my payday and had to fight for two weeks to get my payday back as an Rn that I worked for in the pandemic! VERY SAD! Love to give a negativity of -100

I've been waiting for a card from them and still haven't received it. Was told they have to issue me another one and I'd have to wait 7-10 days. These third party people don't care about others. And they don't care about people getting put on the streets because they can't pay there bills.
This is by far the worst prepaid card service I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is incompetent and no nothing about the services they provide. Wait times are incredibly long, online services are delayed and app doesn't work. EDD made a decision when selecting this prepaid card service.
Tried multiple times to talk to somebody on the phone, nothing lets you talk to them. Wait times in chat are impossible as it fluctuates wildly with no semblance of reason, organization, or planning. Horrible company and I am not happy that the CA government decided to use this horrible service. I shouldn't have even received a card since I qualified for direct deposit which makes me wonder what incentive the company offered the government to use them instead. Whatever it was, it has clearly backfired as they are massively unprepared to handle something of this scale with anything resembling success
I filed a dispute because I used an ATM and my money was never dispensed. I sent in my receipts from the ATM, and all the other necessary paperwork before the deadline. The money network people have even told me how much I'm getting back, yet it won't be released until Nov. 17 (supposedly) which is 2 months after the fact. I was originally told I would receive it Oct. 25 which was 10 business days after I sent the paperwork in. The ATM company informed me that they never even received a Regulation E dispute from this company or my money would've been refunded after only 3 business days. Don't waste your time with this company. There's so many better options. The representatives are extremely rude, and aren't helpful at all. The dispute department can never be reached by phone, and they ignore emails as well. I advise everyone to use Chime instead.
I've had money network for almost a year because that's what my job uses... these last few weeks they have lost my money that I moved to my normal bank account customer service sucks and I'm out of money now for 2 weeks and all they do is put in a report where's my hard earn money I worked for
I had to call and get my account number when filing my taxes in 2019, boy was that a mistake, they gave me the wrong account number(and I didn't have my phone to look it up I forgot it at home) so when my taxes were released I had to call and find out what was going on well they finally put it back in my account but not before they told me the name on the other account. Well I've been fighting them since January for my stimulus and they said now they have to have the other woman's permission to open her account. I'm telling you don't ever do business with them they are rude and just the worst.
I got my middle class tax refund, the second time I try to use my card, it was on hold, I call bank, it took me 30 minutes to talk some one they asked me questions where I live 30 years ago, so I don't remember them he Hang up one.i call back many times, and finally after 7 weeks I got new card.this is the worst bank I been deal with.custmer are very rude and unprofessional.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! I have been on hold so many times only to be disconnected. Their menu system is worthless. I never received my stimulus payment but I got a notice saying I hadn't activated my card. I called the help line. Asked for my zip and social. Then it said "due to high volume we can't assist you at this moment. Call back later. Goodbye". Absolutely worthless $#*!ing company! $#*! you Money Network! Their chat bot is a piece of $#*!. The wait time keeps changing from 1 minute to 7 minutes to 3 minutes to 0 minutes to 5 minutes. Kiss my $#*!ing $#*!!
First card was sent with an invalid CVV. It was a known issue and no one ever contacted us. Had to have a new card issue. It took 30 days. Then requested to close my account on 5/5/2023; it is now 6/18 and still no check. (seems to be an issue other have experience as well) Just called, was informed the checked was mailed on 5/9. Now I need to go through the escalation team, this team just so happens not to be in on the weekend. I should expect a phone call in the next 24-48 hours. Not holding my breath on that one! Must be nice that they hold your money hostage and earn interest. Seems a little questionable on their practices
Customer service is overseas. Can't help but feel like they go out of their way to screw you over. Blocked my card because of a Microsoft purchase. I call them to tell them it was me. They unblock my card. So I attempt to make the purchase again and they block it again. Now they refuse to unblock it and said they will send me another card. I gave them the info and asked for a supervisor. Had me waiting for 30 minutes so I hung up assuming my new card was in the mail. Called two days later to verify my card was in route. It is not. Now I'm currently waiting for their supervisor again. So basically I tried to buy a video game and verified to them it was me making the purchase and they blocked my card, didn't send a new one like they said they would. So I'm currently without any money at all for 5 days minimum. It's royal bs.
Thanks, EDD, for picking a 🤬 sketchy company to replace BofA. 90% of the time unable to log in to website. If you're lucky enough to do that, 90% of the time you cannot see ANY transactions. What's the point?

My money got stolen and they have me jumping through hoops, and treating me like I was the thief and not the victim. It states it's a member of the FDIC but won't give me back my $400 that was stolen. No email, customer service goes to call center in the Philippines. I need to fill out appeals to get my money. Horrible service
Do not use this card for deposit on Hotel Reservations and Car Rental. The bank will place the transaction on "pending" status and hold on to your money up to 30 days even when the merchant had released it the following day.
No financial institution money transfer services work with money network, the app and site alike were setup with no standards or with the expectations of dealing with nothing but morons which I am a moron for using money network and customer service treats you no different. You'll get nothing but frustration out of choosing money network over any other actual bank.
My son suffered a stroke and his memory is not great he just wanted to know how much was on his card and to change his pin, but the question they asked him when did he go to Sheetz and he got the dates wrong they said we cannot give you any information at all because you gave wrong answer he goes to Sheetz 3 times week you jerks because he can walk there
My app got locked and have called to get help 4 times and nothing worked. Used my right password and user name and still didn't work. They gave me a temporary password to log in and it still didn't work. My company made this card a must and I hate it because I've had nothing but trouble from the start
This is a bad choice to go with the don't do there jobs and then blame the consumer. Recommend using any other service beside this one. There customer service department is extremely rude and talk over you making you feel like you don't matter at all.
They do NOTHING to protect your money from thieves! Worst card EVER! Worst customer service ever! Card was stolen n purchase was made for flight to Amsterdam $159 which was completely out of the ordinary for my purchases. Didn't even inquire if this was my purchase. When they were contacted said they couldn't cancel the purchase told us to call merchant. Got the run around. Loss of $159, needless to say will be getting rid of this trash asap
This service is absolutely garbage the customer service is terrible don't answer your questions and you have to wait over 30 minutes sometimes to get through to an agent then there's a grueling sign in process that ask you for everything even your social security number the fees are absolutely insane and sometimes I can't even check my funds because I can't sign in for whatever reason also the card the issue is extremely cheap and doesn't even have a chip on it.
Answer: It is a scam. No matter how much information you give about yourself they still will lie to you and send you a dispute sayin your claim is closed
