Unfortunately, my experience with this jewelry company was extremely disappointing. The ring I purchased came with noticeable defects in the cut of the stone, which immediately caught my eye. The promised quality did not correspond to reality, and the customer service left much to be desired - there was virtually no response to my requests to return the goods. Such an attitude and poor product quality are inappropriate for a jewelry brand that claims to have high standards.

When you receive your jewelry, inspect it carefully for defects.

Their ear cuffs don't say on the ear securely and get lost extremely easily. They were a waste of money.

The ear cuffs don't stay on the ear securely and get lost really easily. If you decide to try them, wear them indoors for sometime, and if you lose them, at least it's easier to find them and return them.
