I placed an order for these and received an email that they were "Shipped on May 13th".10 Business days later and these have not arrived!. I sent 3 emails during the last week asking about this delivery, they replied once ( after 3 days) telling me to "Check my Mail"! It has become quite obvious to me that "Free Shipping = Nothing being shipped!" and that this companies end game is to sucker you into paying for the Shipping with Tracking option so they can make more money with inflated shipping costs! I have since read several reviews, and it appears this is quite common with free shipping, people not getting the items they paid for, or "Lost Mail" and this companies Customer Service taking forever to get back to you when submit any inquiries to your order! After 9 business days they had the nerve to send me an email asking me to leave a review for the order I made 14 days ago ( which I still have not received!) So here is your review on day 15! If you want to get ripped off for $32, select free shipping, wait 10 business days and get nothing delivered, or be a sucker and pay their inflated tracking shipping option, so they have no excuse and have to sent out your order! It does NOT take 10 Business Days for Canada Post from Brampton to Toronto and it should never take 3 Business Days for a company to reply to inquires about an order from customers!
