I bought this printer after a while of struggling with my M3D Micro. I wanted a smooth and easy to use printer which I could use with little to new effort. This printer is exactly that, beautiful prints and clean moving parts. My only complaint is the WiFi functionality, file transfer takes ages, small files take about 10 minutes, and I honestly never seen a regular size file finish uploading.
I placed a replacement order back in August of 2023 for a BT-205 headset. They sent me the replacement order. However, right off the bat, I had problems with the product. I would charge the headset, then 3 hours later after use. It would tell me I needed to charge it again. This continued for a months. Now, it's December of 2023 and the problem has continued and gotten worst. It's now telling me after 1.5 hours that the headset needs to be charged. I said ok, let me call Monoprice to see if they will send me a replacement since I'm having such issue. I called and the customer agent tells me that the replacement only covers from the original date of purchase. It does not cover from when you got the replacement. Say what now? I've never heard anything so ludicrous in my life. Then she offers me 10% towards another headset but does not give me the coupon code nor did she email it to me. Go figure!
Whenever I need a Unique interface, Monprice is the place I turn to. Their Products work without exception.
My package was lost with Canada post. I chat with monoprice and 2 days later I received replacement by fedex. Thanks a lot monoprice

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I OPENED THE SUPPORT CHAT, ASKED FOR MY ORDER STATUS AND THEY SHUT THE CHAT DOWN 3 TIMES IN A ROW WITHOUT ANSWERING MY QUESTION.
Shipping is fast and website is really nice but return policy and communication need to be worked on

If you are like me, a foreigner (I live in Mexico) double check the user´s manual, or better read the english manual, becuase the spanish manual is innacurate

I always order my cables from monoprice. They quality has been excellent and the prices are incredible.
I buy mostly cables and wires from Monoprice because I couldn't find them cheaper elsewhere and at such a good quality
Bought around 6-7 iPhone lightning cables from Monoprice and they last longer then the Apple brand cables I used to buy.

This is ridiculous I was recommended to this site but I will not be recommending a single person but rather the opposite. I live in a rural area where data supplies are limited to a single shop and most the time they don't have what I need in bulk on supply. I needed those supplies before my project on the 6th and its been cancelled TWICE because I couldn't click on a link on my email, even though I was still allowed to put my credit card information and continue with checkout, TWICE, with no prompt or warnings. I wasn't informed until 2 DAYS AFTER that my order is cancelled due to nonsense. Also it states I have to pay with amazon pay and not paypal? (note: paypal is still listed, it doesnt tell you this until AFTER your order is cancelled and says you should use amazon pay for "security reasons") Those are both 3rd party recognized services, why does that even matter, these guys are ridiculous. So since my order has been cancelled I will not be able to do the gig so thank you monoprice for wasting a prospective long term customer's time and future time. Please save yourself the TIME and HEADACHE. DON'T DO IT!
I know mono price offer only 2m. I like the since I cannot compared to the hi-end. The price is right
