“Replacement Warranty Sucks! RMA: 991280122”

I placed a replacement order back in August of 2023 for a BT-205 headset. They sent me the replacement order. However, right off the bat, I had problems with the product. I would charge the headset, then 3 hours later after use. It would tell me I needed to charge it again. This continued for a months. Now, it's December of 2023 and the problem has continued and gotten worst. It's now telling me after 1.5 hours that the headset needs to be charged. I said ok, let me call Monoprice to see if they will send me a replacement since I'm having such issue. I called and the customer agent tells me that the replacement only covers from the original date of purchase. It does not cover from when you got the replacement. Say what now? I've never heard anything so ludicrous in my life. Then she offers me 10% towards another headset but does not give me the coupon code nor did she email it to me. Go figure!

My son wanted a 3D printer and after researching online he came to the conclusion your mono price delta 3 D printer would fit his needs. After receiving the product and getting help as to what filament he needed to order with it from mono price he has been very busy printing away and extremely proud and full of confidence with his achievements. What more could a parent ask for. Thanks.

I purchased the Monoprice Stitch Wireless Smart Universal IR Controller. It's a great little device that can control my TV, cable box, even a roku! You can control multiple devices from an app on your phone or tablet. The app is pretty easy to use, and I like being able to set up "scenarios" under the "smart" section of the app. I can then use the "automation" tab to trigger a scenario to run, either manually, or at a specific time, or using a number of other triggers!

I've ordered many well priced items over the last few years and have always been more than pleased. They can provide the same item without the fancy price tag. Had an issue with an item I ordered and the Customer Service rep had it handed within minutes! I like this company... a LOT!

I've been a customer of Monoprice since their early days so I was very disappointed when my order arrived, the box was very light and I said to my roommates, "It feels like a box of air". When I opened the box, all that was there were the air filled packing materials - no headphones! Boy, was I pissed! Monoprice had always fulfilled my orders promptly and accurately. I called customer service and was surprised (as was the contact person when I told him of my issue) that after asking me some pertinent questions, my order was scheduled for replacement. Overall, for me, a painless process. Within a few more days, my headphones did arrive. So, only 4 stars because of the empty box.

Monoprice stands by their customers. My package was lost in transit (no fault of Monoprice, but rather USPS), Monoprice rushed out a replacement using an alternate carrier and it was in hand in 2 days. Once they saw that my merchandise was lost into the aether, they responded and sent me a notice that they would make sure I got the next one. Will absolutely buy from in the future

Very happy. I ordered a power pack to recharge my phone and tablet if we lose power. The unit was delivered quickly with free shipping from Walmart's site. Unit worked like it is suppose to. I contacted the company as I had a question and they got back to me quick and answered my question plus attached a manual for my device. Never had used this company before but am quite happy.

I have been a customer of Monoprice for over 10 years. I find most of their products to be high quality. On the rare occasion a product was not a good quality or not working correctly I would send an email requesting a refund or a replacement and I never once had a problem. Their cables come with a lifetime guarantee and I have had several cables replaced after a year of everyday use, again no problems. I have purchased TV mounts, various charging accessories, speakers and accessories, earphones and so much more. I highly recommend Monoprice.

Recently I had an issue where I was not receiving a product ordered from their website. After emailing them and having courteous discussions they resent the product to me expedited. I received the product within 3 days. I have total confidence that this company goes the extra mile to help their customers.

In a perfect world there would never be problems. Of course, we don't live there and things do go wrong sometimes. I am very new to 3d printing and I am not very skilled with technical matters. The Monoprice Mini Select Pro has had some minor issues but I have always been able to get great help from MP customer support. I cannot say enough about how easy they are to work with and how willing they are to help.

Nice offerings for fair prices. I received a defective unit, unfortunately, so I had to return it causing the rating to be less than five stars. However, the way Monoprice handled the return and issue part was great. They took ownership, dealt with it efficiently, and I was on my way without much trepidation. Look forward to getting the replacement.

Having ordered MANY MANY times from Monoprice over the years, it has become VERY apparent they are no longer the company they used to be. Over the years their service and to some extent the quality of their products has regressed more and more each year. What used to be reasonably quick shipping has gotten unacceptably way to long. I recently placed a purchase for about 500.00. The purchase took 8 days to arrive (9 if you include the date of order placed). In addition, it cost me 80.00 in shipping. When I talked to "customer support" it was quite clear they didn't care. Just placed a small order a few days ago. Wont be here til next Weds... 8 days again. Time to go exclusively to Amazon. Too bad. Back a few years ago it was good prices, quick delivery and outstanding customer service. Those days are gone with Monoprice.

Do not buy from this supplier. They are worse than Amazon, i order a new speaker stand for over $70.00 and they sent me a used item in a box that had been opened more than twice and then taped back shut. Then call customer service and they give you a song and a dance, just pick this $#*! up and i will work with AE to get a complete refund, again don't buy from this supplier they sell used $#*! as new.

I first bought from a China distributor with a USA office, but they did not answer phone calls after first contact. No help via emails.
Bought through Monoprice and received assistance within 24 hours. When a part did not function correctly, they offered to replace it. I did not have to make any demands, they were happy to provide a prepaid label for the return via FEDEX.
A pleasure to do business with.

This is a great first time buyer 3d printer, comes ready assembled so you can use straight out of the box, but unfortunately the printing head was going out of the printing area cause the g code was wrong, i informed customer service and received a speedy reply with an other g code and to my great delight this solved the problem. The models i have printed so far have been very detail and correct i am very happy with this printer

I work with students who have disabilities. I have been able to use my very reasonably priced Monoprice 3D printer to make adaptive tools for them for pennies of what it costs me to purchase them. I love the design challenge! Best of all is downloading a pre-made design that I can print myself.

Order *******. Placed Feb 14,2017.

Bought some headphones. Site seemed legit. NEVER GOT EM. CAVEAT LECTOR. Moreover, have had several friends who are local djs in VA mention the same thing. The site is phony. Just buy from a reputable dealer.

Customer service is top notch and understanding, true to their goal of delivering what they promise. In my case, the pieces ordered were fully as described, but the performance a bit different. They on the spot admitted to their error and corrected. For other orders over time, they have been spot on in both function and quality of product.

After waiting months for it to go on sale, I ordered an expensive item from Monoprice on Black Friday. On Tuesday, I got an email saying they cancelled my order (with no explanation given) and asked me to reorder. But the item was out of stock on their site. I passed on several good Black Friday deals from other retailers to purchase from Monoprice. But since they didn't cancel until after Black Friday & Cyber Monday, I missed all the deals and would have to pay hundreds more to get the same item. Their customer service offered no apology or explanation.

Update: Worked with Laura P to reach an agreeable solution to my original problem. It took over a month to get here, but I'm pleased with the outcome. I appreciate the effort.

Ordered some headphones from Monoprice. Took them eight days after I ordered (and they charged me) to inform me that the item was out of stock and that I'd be refunded in 2-5 business days. Form letter. That's it. Called CS and was told the same. Here's an idea, charge people when you ship the item like reputable retailers. If you're going to take my money for a period of time without providing the agreed upon goods, at least pay me interest.

I'd shared this review on other sites and was asked to email escalations at monoprice.com. I did so twice and didn't receive a response. It's been two weeks since the first email. Worst customer service ever. Don't ask me to contact you and ignore me.

Monoprice.com is my GO TO for all things Audio/Visual, Computer, & Wiring. I have used Monoprice as the most cost effective online retailer for those needs that I can find. I've bought numerous TV Wall mounts for various homes, hdmi cables, computer equipment, gaming headphones, you name it!
On top of that, their customer service is top notch! My computer illiterate, 75 yr old mother bought my teen son a pair of gaming headphones we found on Monoprice. She had to call and be walked through how to order them online. They were very patient. Then, almost two months later, they needed to be replaced as one side inexplicably stopped working. They were very reasonable and user friendly during the entire process. He received a replacement pair expeditiously!
We love Monoprice!

The website is very easy to navigate. The products are dirt cheap, yet high quality. I've ordered HDMI cables, audio cables, bulk speaker wire, speaker parts, laptop power supplies, and a host of other items. Have never been dissatisfied.
